[ram27bat] anybody else having issues trying to contact this company? Ups sent me a message saying the box was empty when they received it and that they contacted CigarBid about it. Well I been trying to contact them for over two months to no avail. 😡🤬🤬

Had to change my credit card info (old card closed due to fraud, new card issued) so I called in, got through to Amanda in about 3 minutes total. Issue resolved, had a few laughs with her, we may be getting drinks later (fingers crossed).

Customer service rocks.
