It's a tough call but my pick is Coach. But hat's off to Woody, his character slipped right into the shoes and fit well.

Norm and Cliff... they are on the list too... some great characters were developed in that series. Frasier Crane could be added to the list (he does a great Sideshow Bob too).

Norm created generations of drunks...who wouldn't love to sit at a bar all day instead of working...

Carla was like the big sister everyone loved. Rough around the edges but she would go to bat for you at any moment.
