I’m required this time of year to make soup once a week when my daughter is home.
Made what I got soup. Made broth with leftover Costco rotisserie chicken, 4 thick strips bacon diced when rendered added an a chopped onion. Added broth, 5 chopped yellow potatoes. Cooked 10 mins then added frozen corn, peas and broccoli.
With a pice of buttermilk bread with butter it tasted exactly like a chicken in a biscuit cracker.
