After a year of investigating the incident the BFE New Mexico DA has decided to charge Baldwin in the death of the person he shot on the movie set. Not sure why it took a year to make that decision, but what hell. It’s FINALLY made. I mean this probably should have been decided within a day or two. I guess he took a straw poll and gave a year window to vote.

Used to like Baldwin until he got involved in politics. What’s the old saying about what goes up must come down?

Still pretty confused by the whole mess. Including why there’s live ammo on set? What would you need live ammo for? Or was it a blank and they were close? What the h ll is going on

Sorry, but I’m not digging through threads with obscure titles to see if the subject has already been posted.

I can come up with a number of valid reasons to have live ammo on set. HOWEVER, any ammo to be loaded in ANY firearm that is to be pointed at ANYONE should be subject to EXTREMELY limited access, read: one and only one person, ZERO exceptions. The same ONE and ONLY one person should be the ONLY person to handle said firearm from the time the dummy ammo is loaded and the director gives the FINAL commands before he calls ACTION.

Apparently, Mr. Dumbass was PLAYING with the firearm before the scene was ready to be shot. Oh wait, wasn’t Mr. Dumbass the director? Imagine that.
