55 and sunny... not gonna get much warmer, today.

Little lost puppy dog came into my back yard through the back part of my fence. Shih-tzu looking dog. Shaggy and maybe 10-12 lbs, but I think he has brass nuts. Came right up to Tank and wanted to play.

They seemed to get along real well until the little guy tried to get frisky. Tank checked him by pinning him and growling at him. Little guy submitted and they went back to playing like best buds.

Posted a "lost dog" picture on the ring app... just down the street and around the corner was the owner. He's reunited with his family. 😎

Cold 25F today but the smoker's chooching away at 225.

Experimenting with some back ribs. One rack 3-2-1, one rack bare and sprayed with cider every 30 min, one rack on the smoke for 2 hours, then vac bagged and put in sous vide at 165 for 10 hours.

Also cut up a 4lb top round yesterday and marinated for 16 hours, making another batch of beef jerky.

54 and cold here. St Louis style ribs are seasoned and go on the smoker tomorrow.

Snow moved, dog walked, tires aired up ahead of the weather change. Coffee with a buddy.
