No you see, in some areas that are not an endless burning expanse of sand, and rock at times water will fall from the sky. I know this might be hard to believe, but trust me. I've witnessed it myself. Anyways, this falling water is commonly referred to as rain. Then there are times where the Temps drop low enough that this rain falls in a solid crystallized form and collects on the ground. However, when the ground is not quite cold enough for the crystals to retain their solid form, a semi-solid consistency is formed very similar to the 7-11 libation. [frypan]
