This was taken while hiking with my wife in the mountains of the Puerto Rican rain forest. This view is looking south on a hazy day toward the Caribbean sea. We’re in the mountains North of the town of Nyguabo for those interested.

Yes, El Yunque. There is another one here called Toro Negro that we need to check out sometime.

Lucky you, I lived there 4 years and visit at least once a year and I have never been up there. You should try Las Cuevas de Camuy, underground caverns, awsome !

There is so mnay places to go, If anyone is going to go to Puerto Rico, and you like Paint Ball let me know, My cousin owns the main Paint Ball Field there, I will hook you up.

Was there about 3 years ago. Did you climb the lookout tower thing. I remember a little store on the road coming down the mountain with excellent rice & beans and ice cold beer. Was a good time. Need to go back soon.

We've been to the National Park several times. This picture was taken while hiking in a more remote section of El Yunque outside of the National Park boundaries. Yes, the lookout tower is impressive though.
