SO I finally get a meeting with the local VSo from the VA.. couple years to late... DOH...
went to discuss the VA billing and charging me for my prescripts when Ive had a secondary insurance the VA should have been billing first. he gave me a couple numbers to call to clear this up, but while I was in there I inquired about my claims filed in 2021? Well ****, they forgot to send them in for review, at the time the VA Worker (State Worker) ws transitioning into his new position and the VSO I had yesterday was supervising him as he worked with Veterans, turns out this worker transferred to another State job and left my paperwork in Limbo... So now my claims are sent, and he said once one of 7 are approved then I can file an appeal for back pay... I said well all my medical documentation came straight from Willford Hall Nurse Practioner on a case study for the Anthrax Vaccine and every bit of information provided from my doctors is noted with date dating back to 1999 my initial medical complaints which at the time, never would have thought it was from the Vaccines? He says well you know how the VA works, they wil reject some of all of your claims requesting additional information be provided... So now I have to go see all my doctors for a current evaluation and documentation to the effects Currently... what a crock of crap but Hey!! if all approved that wil be a 70% rating and I forgot to mention my failed hearng exam noted when they were trying to boot me out in 2003-2004.. LOL Might end up with 100% rating without claiming PTSD where the VA tosses Meds at ya and takes your Guns Away!!! 🇨🇮
