The White House was forced to once again clean up highly problematic remarks made by Democrat President Joe Biden during his trip to Poland this week.

“A dictator, bent on rebuilding an empire, will never erase the people’s love for liberty,” Biden said on Saturday at the Royal Castle in Warsaw. “Ukraine will never be a victory for Russia, for free people refuse to live in a world of hopelessness and darkness. For God’s sake, this man cannot remain in power.”

The White House had to quickly clean up the president’s remarks after they were widely interpreted in reports as him calling for regime change in Russia.

“The President’s point was that Putin cannot be allowed to exercise power over his neighbors or the region,” a White House official said. “He was not discussing Putin’s power in Russia, or regime change.”

The administration also had to clean up remarks that Biden made in Poland on Friday when he appeared to tell U.S. soldiers that they would be getting deployed to Ukraine, which would represent a serious escalation in the ongoing conflict, and would draw NATO into the war against Russia.

ABC News reported that Biden “raised eyebrows when he appeared to tell the group that American troops will be going into Ukraine, though he has repeatedly said that he will not send troops there.”

“You know, with the Ukrainian people, Ukrainian people have a lot of backbone, they have a lot of guts and I’m sure you’re observing it,” Biden said. “And you’re gonna see when you’re there, and some of you have been there. You’re gonna see, you’re gonna see women, young people standing, standing in the middle, in front of a damn tank, just saying I’m not leaving. I’m holding my ground. They’re incredible. But they take a lot of inspiration from us.”

The Biden administration had to swiftly clean up after the president by issuing a statement claiming that his position on deploying U.S. soldiers had not changed.

“The president has been clear we are not sending U.S. troops to Ukraine and there is no change in that position,” the administration said.

The administration also had to clean up remarks that Biden made on Thursday when he said that if Russia were to use chemical weapons in Ukraine, “it would trigger a response in-kind.”

National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan said the U.S. has “no intention” of using chemical weapons and that what Biden meant was that Russia would pay a “severe price.”

“And I won’t go beyond that other than to say the United States has no intention of using chemical weapons, period, under any circumstances,” Sullivan said. “I will just say, with respect to any use of weapons of mass destruction — nuclear, chemical, biological — Russia would pay a severe price.”

Democrats in the House and the Senate have floated legislation that would allow undocumented migrants to effectively walk into the U.S. unrestricted if they declare they are LGBTQ+, prompting border officials to warn that suddenly “everyone is going to be LGBTQ.”

The legislation, introduced last week, would make it more difficult to detain illegal immigrants if they are catagorised as “vulnerable persons.”

The wording of the legislation, titled The Dignity for Detained Immigrants Act, makes it clear that anyone who is “lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, or intersex” is thereby subject to a greater risk of persecution and discrimination in their home countries, and so should not be detained or removed from the U.S. by authorities.

The legislation also asserts that migrants with “limited English language proficiency” are also more vulnerable and could qualify for the special status.

How does one go about proving that an undocumented migrant really identifies as ‘intersex’?

Speaking to the Daily Caller, Border Patrol agents warned that the move will lead to migrants falsely claiming to be members of the LGBTQ community as a ticket into the country.

“I’ve only seen a handful of LGBTQ [migrants], but if this is passed I guarantee everyone is going to be LGBTQ,” one agent noted, with another adding “Someone told them in essence ‘just say you’re gay.’”

A third agent asserted “I think it’s a joke. No one gets special treatment down here. They are all breaking the law and have to go through detainment and processing just like anyone else.”

A fourth agent told the outlet “It’s just another incentive or tool for them to use to get into our country, with no restrictions. They would be backed by our own government approval, which will only encourage more illegal entry and a reason to gain free entry.”

“Many of them … would think they would getter better treatment, expedited processing or complete immunity when it came down to their court date,” the agent further emphasised.

“It feels like a slap in the face to Border Patrol Agents,” the agent continued, adding “We’ve literally been wondering how much worse things can get under the Biden Administration.”

“This newest proposed legislation, is at its core, another attempt to collapse the system, one that is already collapsing under its own weight. Migrants will just now claim to be LGBT+ to further avoid removal proceedings. It will be abused, just like … ‘asylum’ is already,” the agent added.

Meanwhile, a new analysis by Princeton Policy Advisors estimates that more than two million border crossers and illegal aliens will have been encountered at the border by the end of the fiscal year.

Add that to the 2.3 million last year and the 2 million in 2021. Your magic number is 6.3 MILLION.

Biden Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm testified Wednesday to the Senate Armed Services Committee that she supported requiring the United States military to move to an all-electric non-vehicle fleet by 2030.

When asked by Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA) if she supported doing that, Granholm responded, “I do, and I think we can get there as well.”

She added, “And I do think that reducing our reliance on the volatility of globally-traded fossil fuels where we know that global events, such as the war in Ukraine, can jack up prices for people back home – it does not contribute to energy security.”

“I think energy security is achieved when we have homegrown, clean energy that is abundant, like you see in Iowa. We think we can be a leader globally in how we have become energy-independent,” she said.

Ernst has been a staunch critic of the Biden administration’s push for electric vehicles, which she says require lithium and cobalt, which are often mined and processed with slave labor in China or child labor in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Last year, Ernst — a combat veteran and retired Iowa National Guard colonel — succeeded in including a provision in the 2023 National Defense Authorization Act prohibiting electric vehicle component sourcing from any entity that uses child or slave labor.

The provision also requires a report detailing the costs associated with replacing the Department of Defense’s 170,000 non-tactical vehicles with electric ones, the costs of the required infrastructure to support doing so, as well as current and projected sourcing shortfalls.

On Tuesday, she tweeted, “President Biden’s new EV rule is not only unsustainable and unaffordable, it makes us more reliant on foreign adversaries and their immoral force labor practices.”

Granholm was also queried on what she knew about the Department of Energy choosing Microvast — a lithium battery company that primarily operates out of China — for a $200 million grant. Republican senators raised alarm bells on the grant, prompting the Biden administration to say it is under review, as previously reported by Breitbart News.

Granholm claimed that selections were merely “named,” and all of the companies chosen are going through a vetting process to ensure there is “no money going to countries of concern.”

“Not a dollar has gone out the door yet,” she said.

Last year, the United States secured the release of WNBA superstar Brittney Griner by way of a prisoner swap that sent convicted Russian arms dealer Viktor Bout back to Russia. Many have been angry that the United States was willing to make the trade to secure the release of Griner but not former United States Marine Paul Whelan, who was also imprisoned in Russia. But as it turns out, Whelan was supposed to be released too.

As Rep. Michael McCaul, the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee, explains, the United States originally had a deal that would send both Britteny Griner and Paul Whelan back to the United States in return for Bout. But Russian president Vladimir Putin backed out of the deal at the last minute.

“The deal was originally when the arms dealer from Russia was released that it was supposed to be Griner, the athlete, and Paul Whelan,” Rep. McCaul revealed this week during an appearance on CNN, according to TMZ. “When they got to the point of the handoff, they call it, the Russians only showed up with one of the hostages, and that was Griner. And unfortunately, the Marine, Paul Whelan, was left behind.”

McCaul believes that this was an intentional move from Putin to get the upper hand on United States President Joe Biden during the hostage negotiations.

“Very tricky on Putin’s part, and in my view, the Biden administration got played by releasing a very dangerous arms dealer for just one hostage, and not both,” McCaul said.

People were not happy with Joe Biden after hearing that the United States got played in this negotiation.

Sudan is continuing to stare into the abyss of full-blown civil war as the battle for control of the capital of Khartoum between two rival generals - now reaching the two week mark - results in a mounting death toll. Currently, dozens of countries have for days been racing to get their citizens out via military transport planes, ships, and via cross-border land routes into Ethiopia and neighboring countries, but not the United States.

A surprisingly blunt report voicing intense criticism toward the Biden administration has been issued by CNN Friday, which writes, "As the crisis in Sudan continues to unfold, there is mounting anger among Americans who feel abandoned by the US government and left to navigate the complicated and dangerous situation on their own."

CNN further points out that robust evacuation efforts are underway by many other countries. As we detailed below, a C-130 evac flight sent by Turkey even took on small arms fire while landing outside the capital. And the Chinese government has said it has successfully evacuated at least 1,300 of its nationals thus far, with state media confirming evacuation operations ongoing by "land and sea".

"I am incredibly shocked and disgusted by the American lackluster response to the health and safety of their citizens," Muna Daoud told CNN, whose parents were forced to exit via Port Sudan to Saudi Arabia. And CNN follows with this:

Despite a number of nations evacuating their citizens, the US government has continued to say that the conditions are not conducive to a civilian evacuation. All US government personnel were evacuated in a military operation this weekend. US officials have said they are in “close communication” with US citizens and “actively facilitating” their departure from Sudan.

However, CNN spoke with multiple people whose family members are among the “dozens” of Americans who want to leave Sudan, and they said the State Department has provided “barely any assistance” since the deadly violence between the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and Rapid Support Forces (RSF) broke out more than a week ago.

Another American stuck in Sudan called the embassy and State Department "useless". "To be honest with you, the State Department was useless, utterly useless throughout this entire period," a man named Imad said in an interview. "We expected the Department to provide some kind of guidance, but the guidance was the template, just shelter in place, no critical information being provided."

Already two American have lost their lives. CNN further presents that more are coming close to getting shot in near-miss situations due to the lack of formal US effort to get citizens safely out:

“The might of our military and resources does not get used to save our lives in war zones,” she said.

When CNN spoke to Daoud, her 69-year-old father and 66-year-old mother – both of whom are US citizens – were making the “harrowing” nine hour bus journey from Khartoum to Port Sudan.

“They had to find a bus this morning after waiting outside on the side of the road,” she said. Daoud said that the bus had been stopped three times by RSF soldiers “and at one checkpoint they held my father at gunpoint because they believed he was in the Sudanese Army.”

“They told all the men to step off the bus and searched and questioned them,” but they kept her father at gunpoint, she described to CNN.

“My mum believed he was going to be taken or shot. Luckily they decided to let him go,” Daoud said.

China's Foreign Ministry has confirmed it is sending the PLA Navy to help evacuate Chinese nationals from Sudan, defense ministry spokesman Tan Kefei on Thursday announcing that that navy ships are on their way.

Already, Chinese evac ships have already been seen in at Sudan ports in the Red Sea:

"Due to the recent continually deteriorating security situation in Sudan, the Chinese army sent naval vessels to Sudan on April 26 to evacuate and transport our citizens to protect the lives and property of Chinese personnel in Sudan," Tan said, also confirming over 1,300 Chinese citizens have already fled, and that more are exiting through land borders. "So far, more than 1,300 Chinese citizens have been safely transferred, some have left Sudan on Chinese warships and boats, and some are on their way out," Tan detailed.

Jordan has also been among the countries organizing military transport flights to and from the restive capital. A prime question which remains for those among the 16,000 Americans (many of them dual nationals no doubt): where's Joe Biden?

Heavy explosions and gunfire have continued to rock parts of Sudan’s capital Khartoum and its twin city Omdurman despite a ceasefire. At least 500 people have been killed, including reportedly two American citizens, as fighting reaches two weeks amid the power struggle between two rival generals representing Sudanese Armed Forces and the paramilitary group Rapid Support Forces.

"Many areas that saw very active fighting at the beginning have become quieter than before. Yet, I cannot say there is a total ceasefire in those places," a Khartoum resident told Al Jazeera on Friday. "I don’t think anyone has gone to school in the last 14 days. I don’t think anyone has been to a hospital."

A massive foreign evacuation effort involving many countries sending military transport planes has continued for the better part of a week. The United States administration, however, has said that it is not conducting a large-scale evacuation operation for the estimated 16,000 US citizens who live in Sudan, many of them dual nationals who have made the country their home.

But this international rescue effort appears to now be coming under threat, after new reports that a Turkish evacuation plane came under gunfire while landing at Wadi Seyidna airport outside Khartoum. The aircraft, a C-130, had its fuel supply system damaged by the ground gunfire.

The Turkish defense ministry confirmed the damage but without naming a culprit. "Light weapons were fired on our C-130 evacuation plane … Our plane landed safely. Although there are no injuries to our personnel, necessary repairs are being carried out on our aircraft," it said.

The national army said the Rapid Support Forces of Gen. Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo mounted the attack on the plane as it was landing, but the RSF rejected the accusation as part of the national army "spreading lies".

"Our forces have remained strictly committed to the humanitarian truce that we agreed upon since midnight, and it is not true that we targeted any aircraft in the sky of Wadi Seyidna in Omdurman," the RSF said. Fighting has been witnessed elsewhere in the country, which could signal a slide toward full-scale civil war, as the AFP is reporting 74 dead in two days of fighting in the West Darfur capital of El Geneina.

The rival military factions reached an agreement to extend their ceasefire from midnight local time (22:00 GMT on Thursday) for an additional three days, but by many accounts it's barely holding, if at all.

In 2014, current CIA director William Burns had three meetings with Jeffrey Epstein when Burns was Obama's deputy secretary of state, and after Epstein had been convicted of child sex exploitation, the Wall Street Journal reports.

Burns and Epstein first met in Washington prior to Burns visiting Epstein and his Manhattan townhouse, according to a trove of leaked documents that include Epstein's schedules which were not contained in Epstein's "black book" of contacts or flight logs.


Burns, who became CIA Director under Biden in 2021, met with Epstein while he was preparing to leave his position in the government, according to agency spokeswoman Tammy Kupperman Thorp.

"The director did not know anything about him, other than that he was introduced as an expert in the financial services sector and offered general advice on transition to the private sector," she said, adding "They had no relationship."

Mr. Burns, 67 years old, a career diplomat and former ambassador to Russia, had meetings with Epstein in 2014 when Mr. Burns was deputy secretary of state.

A lunch was planned that August at the office of law firm Steptoe & Johnson in Washington. Epstein scheduled two evening appointments that September with Mr. Burns at his townhouse, the documents show. After one of the scheduled meetings, Epstein planned for his driver to take Mr. Burns to the airport.

Mr. Burns recalls being introduced in Washington by a mutual friend, and meeting Epstein once briefly in New York, said Ms. Thorp. “The director does not recall any further contact, including receiving a ride to the airport,” she said. -WSJ

One month after meeting with Epstein, in October 2014, Burns stepped down from this role at the State Department to serve as president of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, a think tank. He ran it until he was nominated by Biden to serve as CIA director in early 2021.

Epstein also had dozens of meetings with then-Obama White House attorney Kathryn Ruemmler, who went on to become Goldman Sachs' top lawyer in 2020. Epstein also planned for her to join him in 2015 on a trip to Paris, and in 2017 to visit his private island in the Caribbean.

According to a spokesman for Goldman, Ruemmler had a 'professional relationship' with Epstein tied to her role at law firm Latham & Watkins LLP, and did not travel with him.

"I regret ever knowing Jeffrey Epstein," she said.

According to the documents, however, they knew each other well enough... following Epstein's 2006 conviction for sexually abusing girls in Florida as young as 14-years-old.

He asked for avocado sushi rolls to be on hand when meeting with Ms. Ruemmler, according to the documents. He visited apartments she was considering buying. In October 2014, Epstein knew her travel plans and told an assistant to look into her flight. “See if there is a first class seat,” he wrote, “if so upgrade her.”

Within weeks of Ruemmler's 2014 departure from the Obama White House, Epstein planned an August lunch at his townhouse, followed by a series of meetings to introduce her to his acquaintances.

The two first met when Epstein called her to ask if she would be interested in representing the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation - a relationship which never panned out.

Epstein and his staff discussed whether Ms. Ruemmler, now 52, would be uncomfortable with the presence of young women who worked as assistants and staffers at the townhouse, the documents show. Women emailed Epstein on two occasions to ask if they should avoid the home while Ms. Ruemmler was there. Epstein told one of the women he didn’t want her around, and another that it wasn’t a problem, the documents show.

Ms. Ruemmler didn’t see anything that would lead her to be concerned at the townhouse and didn’t express any concern, the Goldman spokesman said. -WSJ

Epstein also connected Ruemmler with Ariane de Rothschild, current CEO of the Swiss private bank Edmond de Rothschild Group. Ruemmler's law firm was hired by the bank to help them with US regulatory matters, according to the bank and the Goldman spokesman.

De Rothschild, who married into the famous banking family, met with Epstein over a dozen times.

In September 2013, Epstein asked Mrs. de Rothschild in an email for help finding a new assistant, “female…multilingual, organized.”

“I’ll ask around,” Mrs. de Rothschild emailed back.

She bought nearly $1 million worth of auction items on Epstein’s behalf in 2014 and 2015, the documents show.

Mrs. de Rothschild was named chairwoman of the bank in January 2015. That October, she and Epstein negotiated a $25 million contract for Epstein’s Southern Trust Co. to provide “risk analysis and the application and use of certain algorithms” for the bank, according to a proposal reviewed by the Journal.

Mr. Chomsky said Epstein arranged the meeting with Mr. Barak for them to discuss “Israel’s policies with regard to Palestinian issues and the international arena.”

Mr. Barak said he often met with Epstein on trips to New York and was introduced to people such as Mr. Ramo and Mr. Chomsky to discuss geopolitics or other topics. “He often brought other interesting persons, from art or culture, law or science, finance, diplomacy or philanthropy,” Mr. Barak said.

When asked about his relationship with Epstein, Noam Chomsky said: "First response is that it is none of your business. Or anyone’s. Second is that I knew him and we met occasionally."

After Epstein donated $850,000 to MIT between 2002 and 2017, and $9.1 million to Harvard between 1998 and 2008, Chomsky said in a 2020 interview that people 'worse than Epstein' had donated to MIT. He didn't disclose their friendship at the time.

Chomsky said that at the time of their meetings, "what was known about Jeffrey Epstein was that he had been convicted of a crime and had served his sentence. According to U.S. laws and norms, that yields a clean slate."

If you think about Joe Biden’s 4-year term in office as an intentionally constructed single term with no limits or consequences to the cascading damage inflicted; and if you think about the ideologues behind the plan to use cognitively challenged Biden as a tool to achieve their agenda; then everything from the way he was selected in 2020, to the disconnected and fragmented policy and Biden’s interpretation of them, just makes sense.

As our friend Lee Smith summed up in early 2021, “Joe Biden is an avatar for Barack Obama’s third term.” That is what we have been witnessing. A term in office where every policy wish list and far-left agenda item could be triggered without any care or consequence of political damage.

The people behind Biden are ideologues using this unique opportunity to further the “fundamental change.” From that perspective every single granular move during the Biden term makes sense. However, this also means there’s no term two in the design. The damage will be so great, there’s no way for a second term.

Again, if you accept that background, and ignore the puppet presentations, everything currently underway that seemingly makes Biden look vulnerable and disposable makes sense. It’s not Republicans trying to take him down, it’s Democrats – who will use republicans to assist them.

Into this landscape comes the second leverage point for the removal. The vulnerability represented by Hunter Biden. This approach also explains why the Hunter Biden investigation was completed long ago, and the Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco/Obama-minds were simply waiting for the timing of the election calendar. Every single conflicting point reconciles, if you accept the Biden program was a one-term disposable effort.

The timing is up, now the removal leverage is deployed with enough time to present the branding needed for the Biden replacement.

Assets like Susan Rice are pulled from the White House. The Obama embeds position to avoid damage, and the circumstances for Biden’s removal are created by the same people who control the collection of the evidence against him.

There isn’t going to be a Joe Biden DNC nominating convention in Chicago. There isn’t going to be another presidential race by Biden; it was never the intention from the outset in the 2020 plan to use him. Biden is in the process of being excommunicated from the party. His usefulness exhausted, this is the disposal phase.

The only thing left to negotiate are the terms of the exit.

Joe Biden recently announced his plans to run for a second term, despite the fact that a majority of Americans don’t think he’s mentally capable of doing the job.

Actually, this is right in line with Biden’s character; as he’s never shown much concern for what the American people think or need.

Politico reported that Jill Biden played a major role in Joe Biden’s “decision” to run again, which is not at all surprising. There were also rumors that his announcement was hasty and disorganized due to Robert F. Kennedy Jr. joining the race and quickly gaining support from Dem voters who are looking for a “voice of reason” from the left — a rarity in today’s political climate. It’s like trying to find Bigfoot in the woods.

When Biden announced his bid for a second term with his wildly unpopular VP Kamala Harris, it was expected he’d get the usual boost in the polls. However, his announcement was such unwelcome news that instead of getting a “poll bump,” his ratings actually crashed even lower.

That’s how much the American people don’t like this guy and his sidekick.

President Biden’s approval rating has dipped to a new low in a poll taken in the wake of his 2024 reelection bid announcement.

The Washington Post-ABC News survey found the president’s approval rating fell 6 percentage points between February and May, with the share of those who say they approve of the way Biden’s handling his job dropping from 42 to 36 percent. Fifty-six percent of respondents in the new poll disapprove.

The news for Grandpa Joe continues to worsen as Revolver recently reported on a stunning new ABC/WAPO poll. For the first time in a mainstream media poll, President Trump is beating Joe Biden in a head-to-head competition, and is also out-performing his GOP rival Ron DeSantis against Joe.

President Trump is the undeniable 2024 frontrunner, and that’s why they’re trying to destroy him.

The new ABC/WAPO poll is a bloodbath for both Biden and DeSantis. The poll shows that President Trump is currently beating Joe Biden in the race for the White House in 2024. The poll says a whopping 49 percent of the people surveyed would definitely or probably vote for Trump or lean towards him, while only 42 percent of them support Biden. Considering the absolute mess that Biden has made of this country, one can’t help but wonder if those poll numbers are truly reflecting the extent of his unpopularity.

In total, if Trump is the GOP nominee in 2024, the cross tabs for the poll show 36 percent say they would definitely vote for him against Biden, another nine percent say they would probably vote for Trump in that scenario, and another five percent are leaning toward voting for Trump.

In said scenario, Biden only has 32 percent who say they will definitely vote for him, just six percent who said they probably would, and another four percent who said they lean toward voting for Biden.

And while this news is devastating for Joe, it’s fantastic for Trump. Things actually get much rosier for him if you read further down the poll. The latest news is that President Trump is now beating Biden by a bigger margin than Ron DeSantis.


President Trump is about to break 50.

In addition, Richard Baris, a respected pollster, has released his latest data which confirms the recent findings from WAPO/ABC News. Baris’ data includes additional insights about the GOP primary and the base. According to his polling, a majority of Republicans are “lukewarm” about DeSantis and show much stronger support for President Trump. Here are the numbers among the GOP’s two strongest groups, the white working-class (WWC) and evangelicals:

So, in light of all this bad news, what is Joe to do?

Biden’s team is hoping to improve his sagging, negative image by having him do more friendly interviews with mainstream media. Of course someone should tell Joe the plan, because once again, he got things all mixed up and humiliated himself.

“So I love you all, but I’d like to ask you to leave so we can get down to business.”

Biden’s staff later told the press corps the president misspoke, possibly thinking of an interview with MSNBC “11th Hour” host Stephanie Ruhle that is set to air at 10 p.m. Friday — when many would-be viewers will be out marking Cinco de Mayo with a tequila or Mexican beer.

The plan went even deeper off the rails when MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle grilled Joe Biden with some tough questions. The whole operation collapsed and it became apparent that Team Joe was in way over their heads. As Stephanie began listing all the nightmarish things happening under Biden’s regime, one of Joe’s staffers started flailing his arms around and frantically intervened saying, “You can’t can’t do that” and stopped her line of questioning dead in its tracks.

Biden, now sounding more confused than usual, bungled his way through with another rambling incoherent response about Trump, while looking like a tired old deer caught in the headlights.

Biden admin plans to order release of migrants into U.S. with no way to track them

After more than 11,000 migrants crossed the southern border on Tuesday, the Biden administration is now preparing a memo that will direct Customs and Border Protection to begin releasing migrants into the United States without court dates or the ability to track them, according to three sources familiar with the plans.

The Biden administration began releasing migrants without court dates to alleviate overcrowding in March 2021, but had previously enrolled those migrants in a program known as “Alternatives to Detention,” which required them to check in on a mobile app until they were eventually given a court date. The new policy would release them on “parole” with a notice to report to an Immigration and Customs Enforcement office but without enrolling them in Alternatives to Detention.

The more than 11,000 border apprehensions in a single day marks a new record and surpasses expectations of 10,000 per day predicted by Department of Homeland Security officials on what could come when Covid-19 restrictions lift late Thursday.

“We’re already breaking and we haven’t hit the starting line,” one DHS official told NBC News, speaking on the condition of anonymity.

Those Covid-19 restrictions known as Title 42 have turned back migrants choosing to seek asylum more than 2.5 million times since the policy was enacted in March 2020. The Biden administration is set to lift Title 42 at 11:59 p.m. ET on Thursday, allowing more migrants to enter the country and be screened for a potential asylum claim. The policy shift is expected to draw more migrants and slow down processing times for migrants in border patrol custody.

Already, CBP processing centers are holding more than 27,000 migrants, according to the two sources familiar with the numbers, far higher than the roughly 18,500 the centers are equipped to hold.

The decision to begin quickly releasing migrants in centers that are over capacity is designed to alleviate overcrowding in those centers ahead of what is expected to be a greater surge when Title 42 lifts.

“It’s a public health danger. We will start having people die,” said a DHS official about the overcrowding problem.

Customs and Border Protection did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Just open the doors and let them in without screening them or ability to track them. Fear not, they are on the honor system to monitor their cell phone app for their court date (how many actually have cell phones and have the app installed with a valid phone number?). Are we giving them all cell phones too? If we did, you think they'd keep them on their person and charged up so authorities could track them via Google maps and send them a cute reminder that they need to report to court on XYZ day and time? If you believe that, you must be smoking the meth that they are bringing in with them.

How many of them are criminals in their home country? How many of them are linked to drug cartels or human trafficking? How many of them are terrorists (small time or big time)?

This current administration is an embarrassment and a cancer our country. Simply shameful and indefensible at so many levels.

If there are too many to process appropriately then you tell them to go back home until we have vacancies and able to process them. Ever try to go to a popular restaurant or a hotel or book a flight that and it was already full up. What happens? I'll tell you what happens, you get turned away. It's a pretty easy concept to understand.
