Those tags are worth money on the secondary market. You're on a fixed incine now, whats a little extra scratch for some stickers?

The most useful document to send them is anything showing Florida is where you homestead is registered/granted. It can be pulled up online. Voter I.D and license would probably work too.

I sent them a change of address and a statement of facts to the address they provided on the DMV website. As far as I am concerned, I have exceeded my commitment to them. I paid for a full year and only used about 4 months of the registration before I left and had it switched to FL.

The only thing I have not done is sent back the plates, but they do not reuse them.
