Actually things are not going better...
My Son has a cell phone.. matter fact his cell phone is in his name and his mother talked him into adding herself a freind of her's from work and his sister onto his plan.. before his accident he had discussed this with me about his bill once being $40.00 a month and now (now = then was in May) it was in the Hundreds and I didn't give it much thought then Hundreds thinking just one hundred and something? anyways when I retrieved his belongings from his apartment there was an old billing statement in there from April. it was $370.00 at that time... prior to us going into court on the guardianship issue his bill was $780 some dollars, this was just one of the things my ex-wife had been distorting from my Son... because his credit rating was good and her's was **** she has been using his credit for herself... tonight she calls me back, because I have been trying to call my son 3-6 times a day and only get his voicemails with no return calls back... so I'm explaining all this to her and tell her if his phone is **** like everyone is saying then she needs to get it replaced and or put in a home phone so I can talk to my son... she blows a bitch fit and starts cussing me with my son in the background... they are planing on taking him out of town this weekend and will not get back until late sunday, Sunday is my day to spend with my son and I told her this wasn't acceptable and to think about what she is doing, johnny doesn't need all this extra exertion and that I was worried about him last sunday at the races with me, I could see he was getting tired and I returned him home earlier then planned because he was exausted.. now he's going to be what? camping out all weekend? going to be in the heat? and also going to be out of State? what if he needs medical attention? No I do not think your looking out for his best intrests here.. so again she starts bitching at me.. and wanting my insurance ID information? I said No your not privlidged to this information and if John needs to go to the doctors for anything call me give me the name and number and what it's for and I'll call and give them the insurance information because he's on my insurance and there is only one member ID number at which is non of your business. Legally I did not have to carry my kids any further then the age of 18, but I left them on my policy because I knew what kinda b!tch she was and she dropped them all as she did my oldest daughter when she turned 18...
she has/had pitted my kids against me since we seperated/divorced in 1998 and now she's doing the same here.. she really doesn't give a **** about any of my kids only to use them as leverage over me...
Johnny cannot remember from day to day yet.. and when I talked to him tonight all he could say is he'll pay his own way, that it was his stupid fault for having the wreck and he'll pay for it himself...
Now who the hell is putting these thoughts into his head?
