What is your favorite bagged snack? I mean something you can grab at the grocery store, not some secret family recipe only your Nana's cousin can make from the spleens of poisonous toads.

My absolute #1 favorite: FUNYUNS.

Salty, crunchy, oniony and one of the few off-the-shelf snacks that still has MSG in it. Who doesn't love a good dose of MSG?

I am currently working my way through a giant bag from Cotsco.

These things are like crack. Shhh. Don't tell Hunter.

Hard to name a single chip, I'm partial to:

One-Ton Chips, Won Ton Chips, obviously first.

Zapps New Orleans Kettle-Style Potato Chips, Voodoo Flavor

Zapps New Orleans Kettle-Style Potato Chips, Voodoo HEAT Flavor

Various flavors of Cape Cod chips

Japanese rice crackers and sesame sticks

If I had to name only one...

SmartFood white cheddar flavored popcorn or Wise white cheddar popcorn.

I've tried to make my own with various off the shelf white cheddar (fake) seasonings but I'm unable to reproduce it.

I'll put in another vote for Funyuns and I do love the ginormous Costco bag...

But when I go fishing I like to bring Kettle Brand Krinkle Cut salt and fresh cracked pepper potato chips.

At home watching the TV with some french onion dip? Fuhgedaboudit.

That is good stuff, Have you tried powdered cheese? This stuff sticks well to buttered popcorn:

Hoosier Hill Farm White Cheddar Cheese Powder

it's sold on Amazon, it's also good on a lot of other things.

I like chips.
But most all have tons of chemicals and crap.
But NOT Fritos!
Three ingredients:
Corn
Corn oil
Salt

I dig em.
With a sandwich, burger, on top of a bowl of chili, etc.

Dots are definitely some crack laden pretzels

Fritos are da bomb

But Cheetos, both crunchy and curls, have been a lifelong passion

Dont know if they still have them, because I havent been there in years, but….
Costco used to sell these “pretzel buns”…..not sure what they were called.
A soft, smallish bun, that was basically a soft pretzel.
Da BOMB for making different kinds of sliders

Have not tried that. I've never heard of it. I've tried a few different ones but they didn't meet my expectations. I'll have to give your suggestion a go.

Pretzels are definitely on the list. Those would be one of them and in the top 5. Pretzels rods would be my first choice though. I've eaten a lot of them. A wouldn't pass up typical hot pretzel with nacho cheese dip that you'd buy at a carnival or movie theater or something. (I need to learn how to make these things).

Ripple chips though. Regular potato chips are too thin to scoop the dip.

I'll toss another on the list. Goldfish flavor blasted X-tra cheese.
