Takes two weeks to get there and only after the backlash of finding two for 2 vacations to then show up and crack jokes about the hot ground, tells lies about a kitchen fire almost burning his Corvette (the one with all of the classified documents secured in it), then falls asleep at a function honoring the locals. On the topic of Hawaii, why are we not hearing about the many missing children as well as their families? Delaware prosecutor Alexander Mackler who worked with investigator probing Hunter Biden's shady overseas dealings was so chummy with president he used his secret email address under the name 'Robin Ware'



A Delaware prosecutor who worked in the office that is now prosecuting Hunter Biden sent messages to a secret email address that Hunter's father Joe had set up for himself, laptop records show.

Alexander Mackler, 40, is a Biden family friend and worked as a prosecutor in the Delaware US Attorney’s office from August 2016 through May 2019 – when the office’s probe into Hunter’s shady overseas dealings was already underway.

Congress is demanding records from the Biden administration on Joe’s use of personal email addresses to conduct government business, after communications on Hunter’s laptop show the president used at least four aliases, with fake names including ‘Robert L Peters’ and ‘Robin Ware’.

One of the emails shows Mackler wrote to Joe at the address [email protected].

Mackler, now Deputy Delaware Attorney General, worked as campaign manager for Joe’s late son Beau Biden in his successful 2010 bid for the state’s AG. In July 2015, a month after Beau’s death, Mackler wrote a heartfelt condolence email to the Biden family, including to one of Joe’s secret addresses.

He addressed the July 7 2015 email to ‘the entire inimitable, expansive Biden clan,’ including Hunter, sister Ashley, Beau’s widow and later Hunter’s lover Hallie, Joe’s wife Jill, sister Valerie Owens, niece Missy and other family members – as well as one of Joe’s secret addresses.

‘Losing Beau has been particularly difficult because no one believed in me like he did,’ Mackler wrote. ‘Beau made me a better son, husband, brother, and now father. He set me free.’

He signed off the email: ‘See you, love you.’

The email shows Mackler’s deeply close connection with the Biden family, which has raised concerns about the impartiality of his former workplace, the Delaware US Attorney’s Office currently investigating Hunter for alleged tax felonies and potential foreign lobbying and money laundering crimes.

Republicans have attacked the office for offering a 'sweetheart deal' to Hunter. That deal fell through when a judge questioned it. The man in charge, David Weiss, has now been appointed a special prosecutor with powers to charge Hunter anywhere in the country.

One of the lead Delaware prosecutors in Hunter’s case, Leslie Wolf, worked closely with Mackler, even appearing as co-prosecutor in a criminal case in 2017 and 2018.

Mackler was one of a handful of prosecutors at the office when the case against Hunter was opened there in January 2019, a date provided by IRS whistleblowers in Congressional testimony about the probe of the president’s son.

He remained in the office through May that year. The Delaware office has declined to comment on what involvement, if any, he had in the Hunter investigation.

Last week Republican House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer wrote to the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) requesting unredacted copies of all Joe’s vice presidential communications using pseudonyms, including ‘Robert Peters, Robin Ware, and JRB Ware’.

One worrying May 2016 email referenced in Comer’s letter and previously reported by DailyMail.com shows White House staffers sent Joe’s schedule, including a call with then-Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko, to Joe’s secret email ‘Robert L. Peters’.

The staffer, John Flynn, also inexplicably copied Hunter, who was working for allegedly corrupt Ukrainian gas firm Burisma at the time, on the email.

White House staffers copied Hunter on a total of 10 emails to Joe’s alias addresses, records from his laptop show.

Joe and Hunter appeared to use the then-VP’s secret email to discuss government business in another incident in June 2014.

Hunter used his Rosemont Seneca consultancy email address to write to his father on June 23, 2014 about the employment of then-deputy White House counsel John McGrail.

‘Before you fill position pls talk to me — J. McGrail very much wants to serve as detail fr treasury,’ Hunter wrote.

‘Re Johnny call me right away Dad,’ Joe wrote back from the email [email protected].

McGrail was promoted to VP’s counsel the following year, then got his desired move to the Treasury as Senior Counsel in January 2017. He is currently Counselor to the Under Secretary for Domestic Finance at the department, according to his LinkedIn account.

Senators Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson have been asking for unredacted records from NARA regarding Joe’s alias emails since 2021.

In their letters they cited the Presidential Records Act which requires POTUS to provide copies of all communications involving government business, whether on personal email addresses or not, to the National Archives.

Comer has now also joined the push. In his August 17 letter to NARA, he pointed out that the emails challenge Joe’s previous claim that while VP he had ‘an absolute wall between the personal and private, and the government’.

‘Evidence reveals that access was wide open for his family’s influence peddling,’ Comer said in a statement last week.

‘We already have evidence of then-Vice President Biden speaking, dining, and having coffee with his son’s foreign business associates. We also know that Hunter Biden and his associates were informed of then-Vice President Biden’s official government duties in countries where they had a financial interest.

‘The National Archives must provide these unredacted records to further our investigation into the Biden family’s corruption.’

Other emails show Secretary of State Antony Blinken wrote to Joe using his alias addresses while acting as National Security Advisor to then-VP Joe.

Blinken forwarded a March 26 2012 email from Ukraine ambassador John Tefft to Joe’s ‘Robin Ware’ address, describing a speech given by Beau to Ukrainian members of parliament in Kyiv on the topic of corruption.

Weaponized Collusion? Jack Smith's Team Huddled With Biden White House Before Trump Indictment



While President Biden has repeatedly claimed that the Justice Department has full autonomy and isn't 'weaponized' against political opponents, a new report by the NY Post suggests otherwise.

Just weeks before Special Counsel Jack Smith brought charges against Donald Trump for allegedly mishandling classified documents, one of his top aides met with the White House counsel's office, raising serious concerns about coordinated legal efforts against Biden's top political opponent going into the 2024 election.

According to the report, Jay Bratt, one of Smith's minions since November 2022, took a meeting with the White House on March 31 of this year with deputy chief of staff for the WH counsel's office, Caroline Saba. The two were joined in the 10am meeting by FBI agent Danielle Ray.

Nine weeks later, Trump was indicted by Smith's office.

The 63-year-old Bratt also met with Saba at the White House in November 2021, when Trump's legal team was in discussions with the National Archives over the return of presidential records from his Mar-a-Lago estate prior to a formal investigaiton.

Bratt had a third meeting in the White House in September 2021, this time with Katherine Reily, an advisor to the White House chief of staff’s office.

The logs offer no information about what was discussed at the meetings.

Critics and legal experts questioned why Bratt was taking meetings at all with the White House counsel’s office while part of an active investigation into President Biden’s likely 2024 Republican opponent.

“There is no legitimate purpose for a line [DOJ] guy to be meeting with the White House except if it’s coordinated by the highest levels,” said former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani, a one-time top federal prosecutor in the Southern District. -NY Post

Saba left the White House in May to attend law school.

That said, Bratt not only met with Biden's staff at the White House while investigating Donald Trump and weeks before Trump was charged, Bratt is the senior DOJ official who insisted on securing a warrant and sending an FBI SWAT team to Mar-a-Lago; and, Bratt stands accused by Stanley Woodward, who represents Walt Nauta in the documents case, of extorting him (Bratt allegedly told Woodward that the judgeship he is seeking has a better chance if his client turns on Trump). Judge Cannon should order, from the bench, that all records related to Bratt's meetings and discussions at the White House be preserved and provided to the court; and, she should ask the DC judge who has been dragging his feet in his secret review of the allegation against Bratt by Woodward transfer that matter and all the information related to it to her as it clearly bears on the document case that is now before her and in her jurisdiction.

Yet again, I am forced to ask, where the hell are Trump's lawyers? They should file a motion immediately seeking a court order for the information (mentioned above) and make a big stink about this outrageous news.

Let me add another important point. THIS CLEARLY adds to the overwhelming case for a special counsel, as this not only creates the impression of a conflict of interest but a conflict of interest in fact. The Biden administration cannot be relied on to truthfully explain itself. The standard for appointing a special counsel -- a qualified lawyer from outside the government -- has been met, again!

When asked if he thinks the White House and special counsel were coordinating, Rudy Giuliani told the Post: "You’re damn right I do."

"What’s happening is they have trashed every ethical rule that exists and they have created a state police. It is a Biden state prosecutor and a Biden state police."

Constitutional law scholar Jonathan Turley of George Washington University told the outlet that the March meeting was particularly troublesome and "raises obvious concerns about visits to the White House after [Bratt] began his work with the special counsel."

"There is no reason why the Justice Department should not be able to confirm whether this meeting was related to the ongoing investigation or concerns some other matter," said Turley.

We're sure the DOJ will get right on prosecuting itself.

Joe Biden Claims ‘Literal’ Role in Civil Rights Act - President Joe Biden dropped a political bombshell this week, claiming he single-handedly convinced the late Senator Strom Thurmond to vote for the Civil Rights Act when he would have been just 21 years old.

Speaking at the 60th-anniversary celebration of the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law at the White House, Biden declared, "Pause for just a moment. I thought things had changed."

Then, with a dramatic flourish, he announced, "I was able to — literally, not figuratively — talk Strom Thurmond into voting for the Civil Rights Act before he died."

"And I thought, ‘well, maybe there’s real progress,'" he added. "But hate never dies, it just hides. It hides under the rocks."


But here's the jaw-dropping fact-check: Biden was born on November 20, 1942. The Civil Rights Act passed the Senate on June 19, 1964. That means the President would have been a mere 21 years old at the time and nowhere near the Senate seat he eventually won at the age of 29.

During this period, Biden was a student in History and Politics at the University of Delaware in Newark.

Not to mention that Strom Thurmond, who once held the record for the longest filibuster in Senate history against civil rights legislation, didn't die until June 2003, nearly four decades after the Civil Rights Act passed.

The White House tried to smooth over this whopper by telling Fox News that Biden was instrumental in getting Thurmond's vote for the Voting Rights Act 1980. But the President's claim about the Civil Rights Act remains baffling.

Biden came up with a new excuse for his non-stop holiday in Rehoboth Beach: He has no ‘home’ to go to.

“Oh, and by the way, the reason why I’m here today, just for one day – I know you all think I’m on vacation – I’m not! I have no home to go to!” Biden said in an attempt to defend his neverending beach getaway.

Now he’s homeless.

“The Secret Service tore my house up – in a good way to make it secure so I have no place to go so I’m here right now. I’m only here for one day,” Biden said.

“Are you homeless? Is that what you’re telling us?” a reporter asked Biden.

“No! I’m down here for the day because I can’t go home home,” Biden said referring to his Wilmington house.

Biden Leaves Everyone Confused as He Walks Out in the Middle of a Medal of Honor Ceremony



An incredibly odd scene unfolded at the White House on Tuesday during a ceremony to award the Medal of Honor to a Vietnam veteran.

Army Captain Larry Taylor flew UH-1 Huey and AH-1 Cobra helicopters during the war. During one harrowing mission, he rescued a four-man reconnaissance team that was under heavy fire. Because his Cobra attack helicopter only had room for the two pilots onboard, the soldiers clung to the skids until Taylor was able to drop them off at a nearby American position.

Taylor flew around 2,000 combat missions and is one of the most decorated helicopter pilots in U.S. Army history. Given that, his reception of the Medal of Honor, even long after his days in the service, was more than earned.

Things started out in fairly normal fashion as President Joe Biden put the medal around Taylor's neck and then haphazardly saluted. That's when the scene turned to confusion. As the audience stood up to applaud, Biden walked out of the room before the ceremony was even finished.

The cameraman follows Biden, showing some people turning around and looking perplexed at what they were seeing. The closing benediction hadn't even been given yet, and people were still standing and clapping. Yet, the President of the United States just randomly walks off the stage to leave the room as Taylor is left standing there awkwardly.

Did Biden get confused and think the ceremony was over? That's the only explanation I can come up with, as it would seem unlikely that he could be made aware of some pressing matter that demanded he leave immediately while up on the stage. For the president to not even bother staying until the close of what is already an extremely short ceremony is objectively inappropriate. The entire thing came across as disrespectful to Taylor; the best excuse is that Biden is just completely out of it.

Of course, nothing surprises me anymore. The current president stumbling around, appearing to not even know where he's at at times is par for the course. It shouldn't be, but that's where we are.

Biden Nominates Jack Lew as Ambassador to Israel; Defended Obama’s Anti-Israel Policies



President Joe Biden nominated former U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Jack Lew as his new ambassador to Israel on Tuesday, despite Lew’s history of defending then-President Barack Obama’s hostile policies toward the Jewish state.

Lew, a highly partisan official infamous for his inability to say “yes” to Republicans during budget negotiations, also defended Obama’s attempt to create distance with Israel, and his disastrous, one-sided nuclear deal with Iran. That deal allowed Iran to emerge as a nuclear power after roughly a decade. Moreover, Lew criticized then-President Donald Trump’s decision to move the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem — a decision that led to the Abraham Accords.

As the Times of Israel recalled earlier this year:

Lew defended the nuclear deal, arguing that it made Israel safer.

He also defended Obama’s 2016 decision not to veto a UN Security Council resolution condemning Israeli settlements, saying, “I don’t think it’s a great thing for Israel to always have only the United States standing between it and condemnation.”

When former president Donald Trump was weighing moving the US embassy to Jerusalem, Lew expressed reservations. He recognized the reality that Jerusalem functions as Israel’s capital but noted that successive presidents from both parties refrained from formally recognizing it as such, arguing that it “preserve[s] the possibility of having a negotiated agreement that will produce ultimately some day a just and lasting peace with two states, [which] is the higher value.”

Lew’s role in backing the Iran deal is particularly important, as Obama’s Treasury Department unraveled the sanctions that had previously been applied to the Iranian regime and its vast range of terror and criminal activities.

Lew has also been critical of current Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who frustrated Obama’s policies.

Though Lew is touted as an “Orthodox Jew,” it is not clear what that means in terms of his personal religious observance, and is usually cited as an attempt to shield his policy stances from closer scrutiny and criticism.

The Jerusalem Post noted Tuesady that while Lew is the highest-ranking former official appointed to the role, eight House Republicans have already written to the president, asking him to reconsider choosing Lew for the position.

Lew, if confirmed, would replace outgoing ambassador Tom Nides, who brought U.S.-Israel relations to a new low ,and was blamed for being the “arsonist-in-chief” for his role in encouraging recent opposition protests in Israel.

No need to worry. Iran is most likely already got nuclear capabilities. No big deal, maybe Pedo Joe can drop more pallets of cash on Tehran. Just another day that ends in "Y" for the DNC.
