Make a campfire pit in the garage. Burn some scrap wood from pallets or something. Nice and warm, watch the flickering flames and think about how to fix the problems of the world. I love the smell of campfires.

In doing so, I'm pretty sure cigar smoke/smell will fall down on the list of things that need to be addressed. A fire extinguisher might crop into the top 5.

Had 2. Wash and wax is the least of your worries. Maintenance and insurance would be much higher. Washing/waxing prices don't change much no matter the make/model.
