Just got cold over here. Had a lovely 20 min walk to the gym in 21 degrees

Same weather here in MA. We're supposed to get a NorEaster this weekend so I guess I should prep the snow blower.

New Greek pizza house opened in town yesterday. They're cooking me a pie right now. Pretty excited. I used to love the pizza from the Greek pizza house when I was a kid. The old man would keep the ovens hot until 2AM. There wasn't much better.

Grew up in RI. NorEasters suck.

Had a Greek pizza joint in town growing up. Filippou's Pizza. Kinda greasy, but it was good. We preferred Pagliarini's pizza or Tony's pizza. Pag's was the shit.

Mornin' dudes... was a rainy night, but sposta be clear this morning. 45 degree dog walk. I'm sure ol' Tank will be happy to have pops along for the walks again.

Not gonna go crazy, but Doc said after a couple days when the vein on my wrist is fully healed I have no restrictions. I will slowly increase my activity and maybe even get my old (now skinny at 173 lbs) ass back in the gym.

173 lbs. I was 170 when I met my wife at 18. 😱 Not the ideal way to reach goal weight, but whataya gonna do?

Morning folks. Cool weather heading in. Only around 43/56 for the next few days so about 8 degrees below normal. Think I may need long pants.

Dog walked. 29 zone minutes on the fitbit... Not bad at all.

Normal temperatures here today. 21 now, 25 later. Going to wait an hour or two before Kuba and I get moving.

45 heading to 61. Rain coming tomorrow.

AC maintenance completed. New filter, flushed drain line with vinegar and water. I think before summer comes on full bore I will have a pro come do it. Just to be sure it's up to the challenge of a Florida summer. And there's a few things I can't check since I don't have the specialty tools... such as coolant and such.
