Every relationship has their own dynamic. What works for one couple doesn't work for others. But maybe I'll try that tonight.

I'd like to get the same deal as DanM's wife has in his relationship. To mirror that, this is how it is going to be going forward:

I'm going to quit my 18 hour a week job and bring no income into the family.
You work full time and bring in 100% of the income.
I'm going to let you have $500.
I get the rest.

This starts tomorrow.

She says I have too many cigars and humidors and I say she has too many shoes and goes to lunch with the ladies too often. Separate accounts. I manage money better, so I pay all the bills. I transfer money to her account each month about equal to what she took home when she was working. She does all the cleaning, most of the cooking, and it works for us.

Then sharpened the chain and rotated the bar on both the 271 and 180.

Got several small to medium trees to cut toward the eastern end of the yard, near the burn pile. Idk when, depends on the weather.

I'm also going to build a wood pile down that way. Already got a tarp, some pallets and a few sheets of aluminum. Figure it makes sense to store the firewood near where we burn. I'll keep a few bundles on the porch for any future camping trips.
