I'm not a fan of country or western music but I understand and appreciate the musical talent. Nowadays country and western "music" rubs me wrong. It's a far cry from the older big name stuff like Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Roy Clark, and so on.
I grew up having to watch Hee Haw every week (we only had one TV and 2 or 3 maybe channels that the rabbit ears could pull in). I didn't not like it, it was a good show but when Hee Haw was on, my parents and grandparents always watched it. It wasn't until I got older until I realized how damn good Roy Clark was on the banjo, guitar, and fiddle.
