Yeah, beautiful morning. Had my coffee, walked the puppy dog... ate some cottage cheese and blueberries for breakfast.

Need to figure out what's for dinner, though. 🤔

Sunny and warm. 79 degrees at present, headed for 93.

Just about over the sinus infection, but I don't think I am quite ready for a cigar yet.

Good Saturday Morning to All! It's a mostly clear 81° on the way to 89° today.

Good luck with the CAT scan, Bucky.

Good morning everyone.

Just mowed the lawn. Glad I got it done before the rain rolled in. Probably going to weed whack later.

Good morning.
Nothing planned all weekend except for a couple returns. That's it!
Lay around for three days.
Have a great holiday weekend!

Morning gents. A nice 64/87 and breezy today and a little below normal for the weekend. Did the required 5 miler and attacked the front Texas sages and oleanders. The rest of the day looks like layabout and cigars.

Still a nice sunny day here. CAT scan done and they didn't send me into the ER so I guess that's a good thing nor did they send me to a proctologist to find my brain. Honestly I was not worried about it - just a brain checkup.

They did give me a hospital bracelet thingy during check-in. It has my name on it and a bar code. Maybe if I get lost in town I can look down and remember my name and the police can scan the bar code and return me home like a lost pet microchip.
:-k

Nice calm day. Do some work on the container garden on the deck. The peas are getting to the point and need to be trained to climb. The pole beans are still a couple weeks away. Need to go to the garden nursery and get some flowers and some lavender to attract bees.

Kinda thinking of doing a hummingbird feeder too but I have never done that nor have seen humming birds buzzing around. I'm sure we have some but without a feeder, they probably just buzz by.

Good Afternoon BOTL, have a terrific day. Bucky, I pray your test results come back favorable and that you don’t need to follow up with proctologist! LMAO at that one

My apologies to the 500. I didn't mean to open up or hijack the thread, just puking something on my mind. All is good. Again, I humbly appreciate your thoughts and prayers. Life is it what it is.

Now, back to the hummingbird thing. I've only seen two in real life. I'm sitting outside on the patio at my parents house just chilling out smoking a cigar. Two of these little things buzzed in. One of them was probably 8 inches away from my nose and the other was about a foot away. They hovered, looked at me and buzzed away.

Holy Frank. That was cool. It took a few seconds for my brain to process it. Maybe they thought I was a flower or something but then figured out that I'm not..

Ahhhhhh the quiet is deafening at the Graziani household today. Wife working a double, kid just left to his friends to hit the pool and a sleepover, and the pup is chillin in the shade. I feel like I should be trying to get stuff done, but my body just wants to sit in this chair, enjoy the weather, and listen to nature.

I have only seen two in my life, both were while having a cigar. Perhaps it’s the smells, IDK. But yes they are pretty cool little things. Fast as hell too.

Lonsdale is my favorite size, but they are very hard to find theses days.

rfenst, I’ve seen posts from you and Jake and Delta about the Lancero and I think it was mentioned that it is not as available as it once was. I think there was a guess that the larger RGs rise in popularity crowded out the Lancero and it wasn’t as profitable. I’ve been collecting a few fivers to try them out. The AF Curly Head was a gift from Jake and I enjoyed it. Last winter I was enjoying the great big fatties, sitting outside in my heavy coat and drinking coffee with a 6 x 60. In this heat and humidity, I’m sorry that I don’t have a stash of Coronas and Lanceros.

Do you have a particular favorite in the Lancero vitola? Do you tend to prefer a darker or lighter tobacco or maybe a particular wrapper in this vitola? Just curious what your thoughts are on this vitola.

Hummingbirds were very common in Temecula... there was a bush with flowers in the back neighbor's yard and they were always around it.

I saw a bunch in Wisconsin, too... 8tracks parents had a hummingbird feeder at their place. I got some damn cool pictures with a telephoto lens.

20 mile bike ride this morning with wife and boy.

Mowed the lawn, mowed the woods, mowed the ditch.

Washed the Ridgeline

Hit up grocery stores for meat sales. Vac sealed and freezered 15lbs of beefs.

Pulled out 3lbs beef to make jerky, marinating overnight.

Finally bought myself a timber jack to help lift/roll logs for cutting down to size. Trying to work up some ambition to fire up the chainsaw and finish dropping a tree I topped to about 15ft last fall. It's over 2ft diameter at the base so it's gonna be a chore with my 14" chainsaw.
