Speaker Johnson yesterday on Biden’s Border Executive Order….

“… it’s too little too late now.”

So Mr. Johnson would rather not have the border flow slowed because it’s too late?

This, after he and other Republicans have been angered because Biden wouldn’t take Executive Action?

Guess Republicans are now the party of open borders.

Yup, Republicans are the party of open borders. Democrats have once again solved a problem they manufactured.

Four more years! Four more years! Lock him up.

This is why I bet with the Democrats. Don’t bet against the casino.

I think this is the traditional method of kicking the can that got us here in the first place. One party then the other tries to roll out some crappy policy change with a flourish, pretending victory and lording it over the losing minority party at election time. Frankly, both parties have a base that seems to be satisfied with this. The other maneuver is to blame the opposition for not working in bipartisan agreement and abdicating leadership while doing so. That is why I’m not complaining about MTG trying to tear down certain factions of her party yet I can still complain about her hypocrisy when it comes to her ear marks in the spending bill. If she can’t remain loyal to conservative values when it comes to spending bills then I’m happy to see her voted out as well. So, in short, I think she’s useful in some ways and useless in other ways. The Republican Party needs to be dismantled and put back together properly regardless of the name calling that the opposition will engage in. It is pointless and childish to be overly concerned with short term optics in my personal opinion. I’d rather see action that fixes the problem for long term improvement. Again, just my opinion.

Until there are term limits on the house and senate we shall all sit back and enjoy our bread and circuses.

It is prolly best that we do nothing different until we have a guarantee. Fortunately we will never have term limits.

It is simpler than all that.

-98.2% of Trumpublicans have been screaming about Biden having the ability to slow/close the border.

-The senate had a bipartisan (meaning Republicans and Democrats came up with an agreed upon plan) until the Diet Coked Up Cheeto told his lap dogs to Sit and Stay, because he was going to win the election and really solve the problem.

-The Executive Action Biden took is actually stricter than the senate agreement.

It's probably temporary. A five month bandaid vs. what has been happening over the last 3+ years is welcome.

Entered into evidence, yet another case of the Dems outflanking and outsmarting Trumpublicans.

Interested in hearing the reactions of this order from Senators H. Walker & M. Oz.

There is a down-side to term limits that no one factors in when they cheer on limits.

Short term focus & lack of the intelectual experience.

Term limits are good enough for the president, but not for House or Senate folks? Why?

The only reason the 22nd amendment was made in 1947 was the Republicans got schlonged by Roosevelt four times.

I'm absolutely for term limits.
