Causes? Electrical?

Did they have home insurance?
Can they document household contents?

I've been through a recent homeowners claim documenting contents by myself, the wouldn't send an appraiser or adjuster, it's been a major pain in the ass for 18 months, still not done or decided and not paid yet!!
Hand wrote a 30 page list, now " they can't read it" they want me to type it...
I have no computer, no printer and I cannot type!!!
**** USAA ARE A BUNCH OF PRICKS AND BUMS WHO AVOID ALL UP FRONT COSTS TO SETTLE A CLAIM, THEY MAKE Y.O.U. DO IT YOURSELF...
BUNCH OF CRAP...

YET THEY PAY THAT BRAIN DAMAGED FREAK " GRONK" FOOTBALL PLAYER MILLIONS $"$ OF DOLLARS TO DO MORONIC COMMERCIALS...
MY CAR CAUGHT ON FIRE , IT WAS WORTH $1,500 PLUS I HAD EXTRA COVERAGE ON TOTAL LOSS...THEY DENIED ANY CLAIM AND GAVE ME NOTHING!!

USAA IS ALL FOR THE VETERAN!!!
