morning, rascals...just finished up a 3 1/4 mile walk...took about an hour...age keeps slowing me down...

Just got back from a few days in Northern Arizona. Took the girls to the Grand Canyon and met a few other families up there. My girls (5 and 7) did about a mile down the Bright Angel trail and back. We met their (and our) less adventurous friends on our way back up the trail, and all the kids had a great time together exploring on the Rim Trail. We all celebrated one of the kid's birthday at the hotel and then we spent a couple of days in flagstaff enjoying the cooler weather.

Back to reality tomorrow.

I hope all the SE folks are cleaned up from storm 1 and are ready for storm 2. Stay safe!

Not too bad for an old fugger. I can do 4 mph when I try so a typical 5 miler takes 75-78 minutes depending on weather and my level of GAF.

Morning dudes.

I did 4 miles in 60 minutes on Sunday... treadmill. Combo walk/jog. 3 miler with puppy dog takes 55-60 minutes but he slows us down with the pee, poop, and saying hello to everyone we meet. 🌫

I've finally finished the home gym. Am now too tired and sore to exercise

Good Tuesday Morning to All! We now have power and Internet restored.

There are still thousands of home without power and water too. People with wells and no generator have no water. People in isolated NC town hero is only by air thanks to many private citizens flying their own planes and helicopter to bring in aid.

Just got home home from my hernia surgery. Lots of fun. Apparently it was on the larger side and this needed a larger incision. Did I say lots of fun? But it's taken care of now.....hopefully
