Two trees hit my cabin.
One badly but the old girl held up like a champ.
No electricity for 17 days...
Phone was dead for 5+....
8 trees blocked my very long driveway ...stuck in cabin
For 5 days...
Dealing with USAA adjusters , car and hut.
Roofer, tree removal company, electric company, Verizon, window replacement co., structural engineering firm...
Sitting on porch swing ...the sky turned crazy white and grey...
Radio went off with tornado warning...
The Air got a weird static electricity feeling..
Then massive slow raindrops hit roof..
Then 70-100mph winds hit suddenly...
Like a dumb ass i didn't turn my phone to video
Trees 25"-35" diameter trees started bending like saplings, leaves fling everywhere....first tree falls with massive root ball and hits my car, knocks out electric wire, pulls service conduit of cabin, conduit hits ground...then two trees hit the cabin...
Scared the living **** out of me...
Taking wash cloth baths out by pump stand for 17 days...
Well water gave me an instant headache due to cold as ****kk temp.
Lost $100 in food, bought $60 of ice. ..
