Happy Friday fellas

Got 10 days "off" after today. Gonna be working Gridlife Midwest festival for 8 of them but that's work I enjoy doing.

I sure could go for 70/101 today.

Got 49/70 with thunderstorms in the afternoon and back down to 50s by the time I'm outta work.

Good Friday Morning to All! It's 78° on the way to 82° today. No rain until this afternoon so I hope to get some coffee roasted for our neighbor

Took some time off from the gym. Left shoulder was in a bad way. Went back today and did what? Legs and shoulders. 🤦

Felt pretty good... still got a spot in my back on the right side, in the middle, that is tight. See the VA next month... if it still buggin' me I will ask for some physical therapy so we can see what is causing it.

Been trying to adjust to compensate for lower back pain on my right side. Probably has to do to the 31 degree c-curve in my spine. Doc sait if it was straight, I'd be 6'4".

Think he was talking about my height. 😰

It's cold, 56 degrees. Windy and raining on and off. Sky looks blackish gray.

Idk, guess I'm used to it being warmer bc I wore a toboggin when I went out to check the gardens.

If it doesn't rain for an entire hour, I might try to weedeat around the gardens and buildings.

I haven't felt that in what seems like ages.

Summer just won't come. Still in the 50's here. Normally end of May/early June it's not fully summer but it's at least 70's or greater most days. Not this year.

Gonna suck next week at the track. Spose it'll be good for most people who don't like to be hot n sweaty but I do. No hot water showers though. I enjoy a cold shower when I'm uncomfortably hot. I hate cold showers when I'm not. Most of the time I end up bathing with a garden hose between campers.

^ Hahahaha!

I have been going mountain biking early most Saturday mornings lately, looking for a really beginner portion of the trail to bring my 8 year old daughter on. I found it last week and she and i will be going tomorrow early am to see how she feels about it. I hope she has fun. She can get off and walk Amy part she wants and we can go as slow or fast as she wants. I have been secretly keeping my eye out for legit 24" mountain bikes for her.

My brother... the sun in Florida will melt your skin off. I don't know what it is, the sun here just hits different. I could bask in it when I was in CA. More than a few minutes here and it hurts.

Tank would lay out in it in CA... he does here for a few minutes, then hits the shade. Back and forth... one side then the other. lol

Happy Saturday folks. Talkin about sun ... it's just starting to get to 100's here but there is a tropical depression off Baja that might bring us two days of rain Sunday/Monday. Normally June has the hottest temps of the year easily reaching 115+.

5:30am and I'm out to beat the heat.

Good Saturday Morning to All! It's a clear and cool 75° on the way to 83° today. Breakfast and coffee done, helped reinstall our neighborhood library box. It needed refurbishment after a couple of years of popular use.

Not gonna touch that with a 10 ft pole, or should I say, frank's tripod. Naked showers between campers is one way to make new friends.

Overcast day today here in north central MA. Lazy day to do some weekly chores around the house. Gonna put some herbs in their outdoor pots. I need to get some more basil since the seedlings I had wilted away. Probably too much water with this wet spring.

Prolly go to the garden center tomorrow and see what they have for herb plants and some flower plants like marigolds, geraniums and stuff like that.

I lead an exciting life.

A breezy 58. Suggesting a high of 70.

Smoke from Canadian wildfires cloaked us yesterday. Should be better today, then the smoke returns on Sunday.
