Velcro might be the answer. That's assuming that I remember where I put my shoes.

On a positive note, I walked into a room in the house and didn't forget why I went there. OK... so the room was the bathroom and the reason to go there was to take a $hit... I'll claim that as a victory. I gotta claim the victories when the present themselves.

Next two questions are where did I leave my underwear and why is the toilet plugged up?

But if I use up all my Velco, how can I make a new suit?

I'll have to resort to Super Glue or Duct Tape.

Engineering solution to most problems (I have an engineering degree so these hold true)

Law #1. If it moves but it shouldn't... Duct Tape or Super Glue
Law #2. If it doesn't move and it should... WD-40 and whack it with a hammer.
Law #3 (the most important Law in engineering): If it's not broken, fix it until it is.

Three simple laws of being an engineer. Got it? Good.

Next semester we will breakdown the differences between an African and European swallow and which one could carry a coconut based on their air speed velocity.

Hats off and huge thanks and blessings to those that have served to keep our freedom alive.

They have all sacrificed for our country. Some have made the ultimate sacrifice. They should never be forgotten.

Fished yesterday... got my limit and then some of vermilion snapper, a nice blue runner, and a decent sized amberjack. Lost 3 other big fish, 2 of them to the rocks/wreck and 1 of them got ate by a shark.

Drank 6 bottles of water on the boat, another 20 ounces in the truck on the ride home and was still thirsty.

Successful BBQ yesterday. Made 5 slabs of ribs, 20 lbs of wings, 4lbs of shrimp, 3lbs of potatoes, 3lbs of smash burgers and 12 hot dogs, and 3 smoked cream cheese spreads. Trying to run 2 smokers, a flat top and an oven all at the same was definitely hectic. But making sure everyone ate good was worth it. Had a round 2 today for any left overs. Now I'm definitely tired.

Overdid it today. Tomorrow will be busiser.

None of it happens without the sacrifices of so many.

Imagine it isn't easy for the combat era veterans as they reflect on the friends they lost both inside and outisde the land, air and seas.

Hope it has been good for everyone today.

I feel really exhausted and sore from 20+ days in a row of lawn & garden.

Dog walk, pedaling the bike to the gym. Uppers day, then treadmill.

Then swung golf clubs for the first time in 5 or 6 years. And because I’m a moron, hit about 80 balls short on food and water, no warming up or stretching.

By 1:00 pm the back was screaming and had over five miles on the personal odometer.

Was in such pathetic shape, wife asked me not to climb onto the roof with the leaf blower.

Proves we have a good relationship. If she didn’t love or like me, she would have insisted upon it.
