It is a wooden rectangle with rubber feet about the size of a paving brick

From what I gather...it is a docking station for APPLE PHONES AND IT PLAYS MUSIC THROUGH AN ATTACHED REAL COW BULLS HORN which the small end fits into a hole in the block w a metal tube...
It does not plug in electrically that I know of?
The apple phone sound is projected thru the hollow bulls horn...( like a black powder Daniel Boone powder horn w/ no end cap)...
In the article picture with the wood box attached to the bull horn it looks almost like a mini antique wind up phonograph w/ a big horn on top sticking out...
