Is anybody else getting zero shipping information and no response from cigarbid?

I received my package from last week. I never did get notified of shipping time or drop off. System must be messed up.

Shipping all across the board is weird,
I overnighted a package to a California branch of ours last Tuesday and they needed it Wednesday so I priority overnighted it. FedEx got it there Friday.
Tracking showed it at the drop center then en route but still here in town, then out to deliver here in town….when it actually got to Cali they showed the correct tracking AFTER it was delivered.

Got an order confirmation on Monday and silence since then. I have daily shipping frequency, so it should be shipped on Monday as well.

I wrote Cbid about no longer receiving tracking information- always "unable to track, check your emails for more info" and I don't get the usual emails anymore, just an order confirmation, no tracking info and so I just wait and see when it gets here and hopefully someone is home to get the package off the porch before it gets snow or rain on it. I like tracking info and it is a bummer that seems to have left the building now, and it is also a bummer seeing the freefall reset on my cigars of choice has bumped up about $5 for 10 cigars. Ouch. I supposed I should thank them for pushing me to smoke fewer cigars.
