This is a Google Earth shot of the 4000 acres that I hunt in Mississippi on the Big River. We have 16 two man box stands that are noted in the picture. Our average 2 1/2 yr. old buck weighs in at 225 lbs. and carries 8 - 10 pts. with 17" inside spread. Very fertile farm land.494742.jpg

Very nice!!!! 4,000 acres is a nice chunk!! Those river bottom deer have a tendency to be very nice. One of my best friends grandparents own river bottom land in Kansas. We went out there several years ago just to mess around. I could not believe the bucks we saw on their property. I would love to go out and bowhunt it some year!

nice place!!!

Thats a CRAP load of stands. Do you primarily rifle hunt the property?

The property is definitely geared towards rifle hunting. There's a few places in the lake bottom to setup for bow hunting but there's so much green field area that the shots range from 75 to 350 yards. I'll post a picture of the deer I videoed from stand # 12 last year.
