La Luna(LHB)that is. Well, under many praises I heard here I purchased a bundle of these and smoked my first this weekend. A little mild, but tasty and finished a little harsh (perhaps some time will help that) but overall it's one of the best if not the best values I've purchased. Smoked slow with a nice draw and a beautiful white firm ash....yea, I said ash 🙂 Highly recommended considering they are only $19.99 a bundle.

Welcome to the growing clan of 'La Lunatics' ... they will grow on you. I think they are an excellent cigar for the price. Unfortunately, I think that the LHB line is no longer in production. Once they are gone ... sniff, sniff. I hope I'm wrong. Try the 'La Luna MADURO FUERTE' ... you will never go back ...

... oh ... the Rosado (Pink Moon) line packs quite a punch for being a 'little guy'. Great 'quick smoke' for those times when you are in a hurry ...

Thanks Slim, I have smoked the Fuerte line and yes I liked them. Although I don't think they are quite the "bargain" as the LHBs, still a nice smoke for the price. I will put the Rosado on my list, especially with the cold weather coming...I need some short smokes. Thanks.

They are up for auction right now (sorry Timinator), going for a pretty reasonable bid ... right now anyway. I think it ends on the 26th. I got mine for $19 ... and I think it's up to that bid now. Just don't knock Tim out of the running. He's the father of all 'Lunatics'.

Why the heck would you post an announcement that they are up for bid and then say "don't knock Tim out of the running"?

As long as the horse is still kickin': I think that the La Luna LHB Robustos are one of the best inexpensive cigars available.
