...Mojitos?

I will occasionally indulge in a Mojito or two.

Usually with xibbumbero in TJ. Jorge makes real good ones.

thanks...

1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 to 2 cups fresh mint
Boil until clear and an extra minute or 2
Strain in to pitcher
Add Fresh squeezed juice of 6 limes
1 to 1.5 cups of favorite rum
This will keep in fridge for a few days
Pour over crushed ice and top with club soda
garnish with a mint leave (when I have company)
