I know this subject has been beaten to death, but I still wonder about some people. Why anyone would bid $40 on a 5 pack of Acid Kuba Kuba's, when you can get them for $12 cheaper from CI, is beyond me? For the record, I won a 5 pack about 2 weeks ago for about $20. Thats the purpose of an auction, to pay less than full price. I almost feel bad for these people. Almost.

I am trying to figure out the first bid on the blowout deal and it's only a dollar over. Maybe the guy think there will be 999 bids. He may be right, too.

boxes at $30 cheaper per box than any other catalog
or site could provide,including CI.

i would like to state for the record that i dont (knowingly) overbid. i get that thrill of getting over on someone by cutting them off in traffic. 🙂

Check out the first blowout bid now. They are getting worse out there.

I use autobid & set a top end limit that gives me enough of a margin between it and the regular CI price to come out ahead on the deal. If someone else "wins", so be it. He's ripping himself off.

If you are going to bid above retail, just goto a retail site and save yourself the hassle of bidding.
