How long do you let them pickle? I have them at 2 and 1/3 days right now.

eat one.....ain't gonna hurt you. If they suit you, then eat them all.
As they pickle, the color and flavor will continue to penetrate.

good idea, i read a few recipe's and they said wait a month. I thought to myself, there ain't NO way these things are staying in my fridge for a month!!!
