the images of 9/11 will forever burn in my memory and my heart. I personally knew two people that were killed that day. So forgetting is something that will never happen. Every time I see the image of that second plane my heart aches.

As for hating all muslims, no I don't. Those that were involved or coordinated these attacks - those are the people that I have total disdain for. I cannot blame every person for what a fraction of the people did.

As for when other deaths happen, for whatever reason, that also saddens me. A loss of a life is a loss of someone's future. It is pain for those that cared for the person. Even those that murder have people that care for them and grieve their loss.

I read once, and I don't even remember where I read it, but what I read said - there is always a reason for why people kill people. There are times when no one but that person will know the reason why. There are things that we aren't going to understand, it will be left to that person and their God/god and the like.

"there is always a reason for why people kill people"

I'm sure there are a lot of ex-husbands out there agreeing with you right now Liz.

LMAO!!

Fellas,

There is a big difference between attacking ideas and attacking people. That's all I was trying to say above. I was not criticizing Snowwolf, and if he or anyone else took it that way, I apoligise, because I did not see any point to his post which was filled with inaccuracy, which would have (and did) only inflame people furthur.

-----------------------------------------------------

FYI, this is not a response to any attacks, and I am in no way provoking any attacks or rebuttal either, so y'all calm down and take a deep breath before you read the rest of this.

-----------------------------------------------------

Hey rmbb, Anyone who reads my other posts can see clearly that you and I have the same enemy. And that I am very much an American (not swiss whatsoever, lol). I doubt anyone around here could find any way to argue that terrorists could be misunderstood. I agree with you that they clearly state their mission and their ideals, and they must be stopped. No discussion necessary about that, because you will find no disagreement here.

Did anyone hear me urging you to "hug your nearest terrorist today"? No way. If you get close enough to an actual terrorist, I hope you'll do what your heart tells you to do. I know I would. But notice, I said terrorist, and not Muslim, because there is a difference.

Ohhhh, and by the way, I am not Adroomi. LOL! (I know its hard to comprehend that two people might share and argue for such an unpopular viewpoint, right!!? LMAO!) Though I'm sure he will agree with you and I having an equal dislike for terrorism. (Besides, anyone who reads his posts with an open mind would be able to see that too)

On that note, I am finished with this topic of discussion, because there is an overabundance of negative emotions directed stereotypically, descriminately, and often genocidially, towards the Arab world as a whole. Which is sad to hear. This could be a very deep and informative conversation, but unfortunately anger and frustration clouds the thoughts and judgements (of each and every one of us)at times, and thus causes the appearance of close-mindedness and ignorance, even when these traits are not meant to be conveyed or are not present in the person. No one (myself included), is exempt from that fact.

Perhaps, and hopefully, we can all sit down one day and talk civilly about the state of affairs in the world, but until then, I invite every one of you to please feel free to email me anytime to discuss anything,

axp0 @ aol . com

And my offer from another post still stands, smokes on me next time we meet up and discuss this topic.

Good day all.

Hello AXPO

------------------------------------------------------

'....Besides that, is anyone else besides me waiting for 8track to come up with something intelligent or informative to say in all these posts?'

------------------------------------------------------

Sorry to see I haven't dazzled you with inn-telli-gents. It wasn't my intent. When I find myself compelled to meet your expectations, I will.

I posted one remark on this thread. Quick, direct, and its how I feel.

If you want me to spout psuedo-intellectual, journalistic masturbation like someone I know, just ask.

Maybe I'll appear more smartererer to you.

Please allow me to add my 2cents for Mr. Axpo.

Perhaps, we will change our feelings about the muslim population as a whole when they begin to flush out & exterminate these cancers that co-exist and are hidden among them.

Perhaps when they stop celebrating our tragedies and justifying atrocities, we can then heal.

Until that day occurs, we are mortal enemies.

Thank you Bloody.

If he woould have said that instead of taking a swipe at me, I could have saved 6 minutes of my life responding.

You're a good egg, Noonan.

Oh, how i'd like to say what i think...but .....silence is golden! keeps ya out of trouble! but i'm going to anyway....

opinions aren't alway's politically motivated.

i'm not a political person....so i tend to stay clear of the head hunters of political posts!!

but i'm posting on the memory of the post.....

Never forget!

well....i'll never forget that terrorists Attacked the U.S.!!!

Does not matter to me...

Iraqi,Pakistani,Irainian,Muslim or what ever or whoever it "was"...they were terrorists...and that's the group i'm against!!

not political!!

Terrorists "KILL" innocent people to get thier point accross!!!! doesn't matter who or where they are as long as they get heard!

i say...find them..and exterminate them! they "do not deserve to live"!!!

Not if they are going to end the lives of Innocent people! no sense in waisting oxygen on them ! save them the trouble of taking thier own lives along with ???? how many others.

find them and shoot them , or if there's alot of them together....bomb them!

the sooner we rid...or someone rids this planet of extremists the better this planet will be !

I didn't write this to offend anyone....so....if it does....then you side with the terrorists....religion or not..political or not.....i'm offended by terrorists! and the harm they do to "anyone" they wish ....plus many more innocents that may be near the targets.....just so a few can get thier point accross!

ok...i've rattled on long enough !!!

HEY!!!!

I need help!!!...did anyone happen to tape ..or know someone who taped the events on the day of 9-11 ?

i'm very much interested in aquiring as much footage as possible!!! any help? just email me

"the kick is that jet is mad at muslims right now"

I'll bet that the people on the jet in the picture were mad at muslims at that very moment as well... why is it so bad that jetblasted be mad at muslims for the same reason?

I don't see what is really so bad about this conviction that is obviously heartfelt.

heartfelt conviction that involves pure hatred is how people get hurt. The terrorists have a heartfelt conviction too, and that conviction has lead to the pure hatred that makes them do the horrible things they do.

Hatred will consume you....that's what the Bible tells me anyway.

Jet's rantings were boarderline hate. He's feeling better now. Now he can focus his heartfelt conviction in a more positive manner....like only sniper killing the terrorists and not his local Indian Heart Surgeon that "looks" Muslim.

I may have not expressed my feelings on the subject with the best words. I'm not debating the subject so there's no use in proving to me one way or the other that I'm wrong.

If someone murdered my wife or my father, than I don't care who has a problem with it, I will hate the person who choose to take their life.

If jetblasted or anyone else knew someone on that airplane or in those towers than I fail to see why it would be such a different sanario.

I believe with all my heart that HATE is ill-placed and never helpfull to ones heart... but niether is MURDERing people.

Adroomi, we have made our peace and I think have a decent relationship to show for it. But I think where people find it hard to see where you are coming from is when we have two wrongs at hand (murder and hate), and while you fervently cast out those who commit one of them (hate), you seemingly ignore what caused the hate in the first place (murder).

Just an observation with a price tag of .02

Country,

I hear you....and I'm glad that you mention "what caused that hate in the first place."

Those horrible men that killed our brothers and sisters that day......have you ever wonder what caused the hate in them? I have.

So, what do we do to stop the hate? If we stop the hate, will we eventually be able to stop the killing?

Honestly Adroomi, I don't think this has a happy ending. It's a snowball that was started long before 9/11 and gives no tails of slowing down. As I have stated that if someone killed my wife I would carry that hatred to the grave... well, we have killed alot of people and we have been killed, that is enough fuel to last much longer than any of us will be around for.

You know why I wouldn't be able to forgive, because even though I know in my heart that Sarah is priceless, I think in my mind that revenge can cover the cost.

When it comes down to it, we know that killing others won't bring those people in that airplane back. But when mixed together, anger and hurt will see to it that at the very least they will feel the same hurt that they caused us.

A high price for something that can't be bought.

just in cae you misread this, i am terribly sorry that so many people died that day. i hope that it ne4ver happens again.
