Hi Guys,

I heard about this website this morning while listening to NPR. National Public Radio has a history of liberal broadcasting, but I've been listening the last month or two, and it seems like it is moving closer to the middle- albeit left of middle.

They were talking about this website as being a non partisan site related to the war in Iraq. I've only poked around on it a little bit, but it doesn't seem to be too far left from center. I find some of the articles interesting.

I'm not trying to change anyone's minds- truth be told I'm conflicted as many Americans are. It seems to be going right down to the troops on the ground without any left or right spin.

Give it a look and let me know what you think.

If you can't take any more on the subject of the war, I don't blame you if you skip over it completely.

"Two-thousand American Troops have now been killed in Iraq. But for over two years, the media have failed to adequately honor the sacrifice of America's Servicemembers."

Estimates are between 70-80,000 American bodies still not recovered from WWII. Not to say that lessens the sacrifice made by our troops in Iraq, but a little perspective might be in order here.

I like NPR. I can judge pretty well what is opinion and what is news. The Christian Science Monitor is also a pretty good source of news (and not opinion). Interesting link 8.
