This is my latest fiasco... I've already got about 7 hrs in this one and it is now at a standstill waiting on the owner to give me feedback as to wether they want a lock on this or just a latch? and also the type of stain.. the glass will not be in until Friday...

but this being my first layout of one of these is why so time consuming.. it was a b!tch to line up the dovetails to slot each side frame without risking tearout or un even sides...

So far so good... I'm hoping to put a red mahogany stain finish to this one?

depending on the size of the coins, I layed it out for up to 2 1/4" coins times seven across the rails? the coins shown in this one are 1 1/2" so anywhere between 50 to 60??

it is 16.5W X 21.5H X 2.25D

No vfr they are regular coins.. one of my additional duty's was a Weapons Ground Safety Monitor and myself and the Safety NCO and OIC went in on a purchase of these (thus so many I have left over) I was also a member of the Loading Standardization Crew (LSC) at our base and when grading the weapons crews on a quarterly I would give one to the crews who outshined the others...

I did however carry my Ammo Coin up until about 5 months ago and I've been out of service now since July 04.. LOL

Ammo Coin you never leave home without it.. if you do it could cost you big time!
