myself and the Mrs. will be heading out to the Woods Sunday.. we got our area's set up and preped last weekend.... one shot one Kill!!! I'm not a trophy hunter by no means Meat is Meat!!! and God willing he will plentish our Freezer again this year...

On another Note.. my Step Son came up and bow hunted with my Brother last weekend "same area" he got a shot off at what he said was the Biggest Buck he had ever seen "Judged it at 10 yards and shot right under his Belly, he got Hair and a Snort from the old timer and then it run off" he said his Rack was cimetrical and would have easly scored well over 200 and probably in the top 20 Boon & Crocket... I was just glad to see him have a good time.. and there will be another Hunt!!!

Only saw 4 deer this year. No shooting. Fortunately, my family is generous. I still came back with 2 coolers full of game meats. Better luck next year.

GL all, I gotta wait till Saturday to go after some venison as I gotta work today! I thought it was a law that all males in PA. had off the Monday following Thxgiving. Gonna be frigid, so bundle up and save some for moi.

No new posts so I assume ya'll are either piss poor shots or suddenly decided to join PETA.

I just learned yesterday that my buddy who was supposed to join me today bagged a huge 8 pointer, so I didn't think I would get the oppurtunity to go today. After bitching to him about that fact he said he was still willing to go and help out with driving/spotting..a true friend! A recent snowfall is a big help if I get a shot off. I am just waiting for him to pick me up now, wish me luck.
