i'm there brother......gurds !

i take the lil purple pill each n every day!

i "have" cut out almost all really spicy food so i don't have to worry about finding something that the pill won't help!

and i'm fine with that....i swapped spicy for other tasty herbs that arent as "burning" in the gastronomical tract !

never had the backdoor problem so i don't know if nexium would help....but i'd check out the doctors office and get it fingered out!

worse things could be hiding up there!

and with the prostrate awareness being pushed....it's a smart idea for anyone to get poked up there to be sure!!!

A teaspoon of baking soda in 1/2 glass of cool water. It will put out the fire w/o putting a bunch of other drugs in your system. Grandpa's cure still works.

turned out this last bout of abdominal angst was just a flu or something.

anyways, I have taken the advice of 8-track and his fiber powder.

It doesn't taste too bad.....sort of citrusy. A little gin and seltzer mized with Citrucel actually makes a damn good Gin Rickey.
