It actually was that bad to build......On and off a 10days; total time about 16 hrs. Most of the time was waiting for glue to dry. In all honesty I still maintain it's a box with a door that is spanish cedar lined. I'll bet you can buy a damaged wall cabinet, add a top, shelves and have basically the same thing. Having a table saw to rip the boards and a router to put the trim on the edges helps. I will post another picture showing a better angle for the slide out shelves.

I'm just putter around with woodworking. I'll bet you can get most handy men to build you a box with a door on it and add some shelves or modify a kitchen wall cabinet.
