I was wondering what the “etiquette rules” are for a “herf”? Location, libation, etc?

I would like to host one in South Florida, but I don't know what to expect or even where to begin.

Your (or any herf vets) help would be appreciated.

1st you gotta file for the permit and with that the Affadavit and $40 dollar filing fee. Remember you can't smoke near an elavator and must keep at least 8 feet from any Gas or oil lines. Finally you must advertise it thirty days in advance in at least 3 local newspapers in case anyone in the public wishse to object to it. And there ya have it! Have fun!
