I have not posted here much in the past, but felt the need to in response to the exceptional customer service I have received from c-bid.

It seems as we are finally done fixing a problem created by UPS in a shipment sent last month. I must say Trish and the folks at C-bid did a very good job in adressing the problem, and fixing it. Their attention to this frustrating problem was both prompt and professional. I'm not sure how often they get a pat on the back, but it is deserved. They run a good show here and I have pledged my continued support.

The cust. serv. staff is great! There are many postings stating that. Always willing to help.

There is gonna be an Eastern PA herf on 3/1. There will be a tour of the CI warehouse included. Hope to meet some of the reps. there. Looking forward to it!!

I've always said that Trish is a divine being.

i ordered a box of fidalgo torps which bled black all over my fingers and lips; yuck.

i called CS, and they said no problem; they sent me a p/u label and credited my charge card. Great service.

also, a friend of mine from florida started using c-bid on my recommendation. on his first order, one of the cigar boxes was damaged. he called them to alert them about it, that's all

the next week he got a visit from the brown truck, which had a free box of the same cigars from c-bid. he was absolutely flabbergasted!

c-bid CS is first class all the way....
