it has already happened. 2 people picked up a rotary mower and used it to cut their hedges. of course they cut a finger or two off. they were awarded a judgement because the mower did not have a warning lable saying not to be used to cut hedges.

Wouldn't it just be easier if we put labels on certain people. ie:

*WARNING* This person bearing this label is a DUMBASS don't give him anything sharp, mechanical, hot, hard, made of metal, or that might be used to injure another human being. *WARNING*
