Thank you all very much. This is my second house. We lost everthing in a finacial crisis 3 yrs ago and are just now getting it all back together. I've been renting this house since then and the owner made sure that I was going to own this house whether the finance folks liked it or not. He worked hard for us and left the table with a $89K check!
