Why is it that only now, after 8 years, does Clinton finally come out with a DETAILED plan to calm the tensions in the Islamic Nations? 10 days left. Is he stirring the pot, leaving a legacy, or simply digging GW's grave?

I think he's desperately trying to establish a legacy. Too late, though. I'll always remember him as the leader that presided with his pants around his ankles.

It will be interesting to see if he tries a lame duck legalization so he can finally inhale.
