My wife & I are very active in the relations of the folks at my dads rest home.

Every now and then, when we visit my dad, we try to give the residence a little gift to cheer them up.

This time we are giving them these little dogs. At Christmas we gave Raindeer, they loved em!

Many of these people have no family or friends that visit. Its a special feeling to see these people, who we give these little gifts to, smile, and for that moment feel loved.
I really thought this pic was cute. We were putting ribbons on these little guys to spruce em up! This is about half of them (160 total).
If any of you have a family member in a rest home, don't forget them. You could be in there one day too!
