Yeah ... the bands on these look like smithbw's, totaly different than the one that I posted, and I know that the site you got this pic from is very reputable.

Very interesting ...

That's a radical departure from the regular Cohiba band.

Low - My Brother - thanks for helping me out. I was about to take another pic and send it again in hopes of clarifying a few things but now I see that you have already done that! You are the man! I will make sure that I send you some "Elegant Montecristo Cedar Long Stick Matches"....

Regards,

B

No problem Billy...

I was curious when I saw the band that I was not familiar with. I did not doubt that it was real, but I figured others might think you may have gotten taken and might question the goods over in Germany.

Oh yea, guys, Billy no longer gets the good stuff... STOP trading with him right away!!!

Billy, If you still need a "sucker" to trade those "fakes" with, I guess I'll still be willing to take them off your hands... LOL

I believe I read something awhile back that Cohiba (non-Cuban's) had to change the bands due to a copyright violation with the genuine Cuban Cohiba cigars. If you look at them each side-by-side, the older version label VERY closely resembles the Cubans. I think the agreement was made about a year ago to switch the bands.
