put the cigar in the guage head first and push the 4 corners together. don't push in to far or you won't be able to remove the cigar, it will get stuck.

Well is it wrapped in cellophane? What humidity and temp. do you store it at? Did you freeze it as a phropholaxsis to tabbacco beetles?
