And what a reply it was. Mark drops a pretty HdM maduro and an ISOM Fonseca on me, plus three bags of his own roasted coffee. Go into business buddy. This is very good stuff. I paired up his Brazilian roast with a CAO Brazilia Amazon (cheesy but they paired beautifully) and then fired up a pot of his Yemen blend with a Gurkha (another good combo). I saving his Nicaraguan roast to go with HdM this weekend. The ISOM will be tucked away for a special occassion. Thanks again cooksta.
