Hey all.

Due to a unforseen circumstance (laid off from work since mid-January), I've not bought many new cigars. I had had two 75 count humis fairly full, but not only are they depleted, I have decided to sharply curtail my cigar smoking until I'm back in the work force. As a result, I'd like to trade some of what I have for a couple of nice smokes--go out in style, I guess. I don't have a lot of 'gars, nor are they anything spectacular, but maybe we can work something out? I appreciate any offer.

Here's what I have:

3 Ashton Cabinet #2, 7x46

1 Aged Ashton Maduro #60, 7.5x52

2 Indian Tabac Cameroon Legend Gorilla

1 Indian Tabac Cameroon Legend Gorilla Maduro

4 Indian Tabac Super Fuerte Belicoso Maduro

1 Indian Tabac Limited Reserve Buffalo

1 CAO Brazilia Gol

1 Montecristo Kilimanjaro Glass Tubo

1 Ashton Churchill, 7.5x52

I've never had a Opus, ISOM, or anything along those lines. I dig VSG's, but then again who doesn't? I'm trying to trade all or most of these for just a couple of the good ones. If you see anything you like, please e-mail me at:

srtriplett02(at)hotmail(dot)com

Thanks much,

Stuart

I simply cannot believe the generosity of the folks that frequent these boards. I've sent an email back to Greg (lowman), and rck's offer of free sticks is too kind. Please someone give me rck's snailer, so I can send him some of my meager 'gars.....

Stuart

Striplett,

I want to help a brother out. I got some good sticks waiting for you my brother. I'll send you an e-mail. No trade needed. And I hope you get back working soon.

Take care,

choner

Stuart,

Email sent...well, just as soon as I get off here...sheesh!...you know what I mean!

I think with your circumstances, that you my be blessed by your fellow bro's of the leaf!

It's amazing how that works here...just a hunch!

Hi Stuart,

Send me your snailer to rudy1946 at msn dot com. No trade needed. We met at the Red Cloud. I have a few Cubans to send you.

Rudy

hey brother, I think a night at Red Cloud is calling. I believe Patrick has some opus in his humi that we can bust your cherry with. (ewww...that sounds kinda gross stu) Anyway, Lakers are playing and your money aint no good so call me.........

......you BEEYYYAAAATCH!

Sorry, gotta keep it real.

STUART! You F#$king Suck!

You live so damn close to me and your dribbling on like this instead of calling me up and letting me take you to the cigar club for a few drinks and some premium cigars!

Here is my cell number (714) 863-8803 Call me and we'll do this right. By the way, don't piss me off further buy bringing your rockets to recipricate. Come empty handed damn it. Just remember, if I am not working and in need of a good smoke we herfers take care of our own.

OK, I just can't keep my mouth shut...so what....lets drag rudy1946 and sumguy with us to redcloud! Shall we do this tomorrow night gentlemen?

I'm sitting here late on Monday night completely stunned by the behavior of the kind folks here on the board. It certainly wasn't my intention to cop a bad times sob story, just so you folks could take pity on me. I had figured that with my situation, having a luxury like cigars was something that I should be doing without. I sincerely wanted to trade everything I had for a few good ones, just so I could experience them, and have that to tide me over until money was rolling in....and now, I've received e-mails and these postings from folks, a majority I've never met, maybe never will, wanting to share--and without any reciprocation in return, I might add--some good cigars, much better than I probably deserve. I simply don't know what to say.

You all have no idea just how much this has touched me. I've read about the character of the people here, known some of it (Mark, aka sumguy; and Rudy, aka rudy1946), experienced a bit of it via the one time at RedCloud, but until now, the breadth and depth of it has floored me. I cannot say thank you enough. Truly I am blessed. Thank all of you who have responded to me.

Stuart

What to do, what to do...go to the Red Cloud or send the package...hmmm...

Today isn't good day for me at the cloud but how bout Friday? Any takers?

E,

Do both?

I had talked to Charles earlier, who said that Friday was no good, as he was going to AZ. So we thought maybe Thursday. I just found out that I have a board meeting that I have to go to Thursday, so maybe next week would be best for all? Here wait, let me check my schedule.....yep, I'm free. Pretty much most every day next week. Ah crap, who am I kidding? I'm free every fricking day. The perils of the unemployed......

Stuart

I like how Rob thinks........

Sumguy

I just talked with Titerep1, he is thinking Thursday at the Red cloud. He posted his cell #. Let me know what date and I will be there with a bag gars for Stuart.

Rudy

I'm sorry Thursdays aren't too good for me. How about Friday of next week?

ok...i got your message stuart..looks like next week will be better for all of us..i'll have to tell Rudy.
