I will set up most efficient mailing route so as to minimize transit time among our participants. As we are leaving tomorrow for 1 week to witness a spectacular event (GO AIRBORNE !!!) The Box Pass will be mailed out July 1 to the 1st name on our list. The order of mailing will be published on this forum.

Box Pass Terms - continued

When a cigar type has multiple quantities listed - only 1 cigar of that type may be taken ---for example -

PAM 1964 Imperial (Qty 3) --- You may only take 1 of these sticks on your Pass ---this ensures the greatest chance of the most people being able to sample the various cigars.

With vacation season coming on strong we need to make sure that the box of cigars won't be sitting on somebodies dooer step for a week and get ruined.

Shouldn't we contact the next person on the list to insure that they will be there to receive the cigars?

Being in Waco, I've never even SEEN any of these except in a magazine. This is a great idea...I am envious that I cannot take part!!!

I think Matt has a good point. I know I will be on vacation for last 2 weeks of July and others may also sometime during this pass. Maybe all should send this info to you with their snailer before you publish the the route? I also have a few questions that I will email for your consideration.

Pls include any "vacation time notices" with your e-mail confirmation - we certainly don't want this sitting on someone's doorstep for 2 weeks.

Also - the person mailing the PASS on should WAIT till he gets confirmation from the NEXT recipient confirming that he (the NEXT in line) is ready and able to RECEIVE the PASS !!
