Hey I am looking for some other types of good Maduros to try. I am relatively new to the cigar world. But I do love maduros. My favorite smokes so far are Cuban Parjeo, and Cuban bullets. Both of these are made by Nick Perdemo. I have tried some monte cristo's maduro and they were ok. But I was looking for any other suggestions you may have?

Oliva 'O' Maduro

La Perla Maduro

La Aurora Maduro

I will definitely give these a try. I have not seen any Mayorgas around but I will try to get them from CI. In your opinion what is the best non-cuban Maduro made?

Wow ... that's asking a lot ... LOL ... as I like so many of the Maduros out there.

But, I have never been disappointed with an Oliva 'O' Maduro or a La Perla Perfecto (or Black Pearl) Maduro ...

There is no "best" there are many Excellent.

1. AF Untold Story (Maduro Hemmingway).
2. AF Anjeo
3. El Rey Del Mundo
4. Oliva O
etc. etc. etc...

I've already driven the price up, so why not say it again ... I like the Cupido Negro Toro's better than my Oliva O Maduro's.

Just smoked an El Mejor maduro and it was very nice too. So others have mentioned the Flor de Oliva Maduro's as a great value.

Have to toss in Indian Tabac. They generally offer a very earthy maduro taste. I know I'll get flamed for this, but I actually like Te amos' maduro toro. Mayorgas' maduros are very tasty, but danged if I could ever get one to draw.

Subjective, Subjective, Subjective...

A good cigar is one that you like...As I don't know your tastes can't make a compentent recommendation. With that said, all the gars named above are good!

Best non Cuban maduro? I agree with harleydave, PAMs.

If PAMs are out of the budget, you might try the Cuesta Rey Centinnario Maduro. About 4 bucks a stick here on C-bid.

Leon Jimenes... affordable and tasty.. IMHO

A good maduro that won't break your bank is the sancho panza double maduro. They usually sell for around $40 - $50 for a box of 20.

OK, for a cheaper cigar than the PAMs I think the Hoy de Monterey Excalibur Prensado Oscuro is hard to beat. I'm never without a few.

I thought the Padron was the best (although I enjoy the Astral maduro also), but tonight I smoked my first Oliva "O" Maduro. I can't imagine enjoying a cigar more than that one.
