OOhhhhh...Now I get it...I think 🙂 When you use "zulu" everyone is "in" the same time zone. It's up to you to convert it to what time zone your in. So lets say you have a world wide conference call, you can tell the people it will be at 19:27 Zulu so everyone knows when to call. So, 19:27 Zulu would be 1:37pm to me...right?? but it would be 2:37pm to lets say people in Michicgan (they're an hour ahead of me) I think I understand it 🙂 Maybe?????
